No One Listens At Nolan. This is what Nolan stands for Their communication is terrible. They expect you to communicate with there costumers to get all information about pick up and drop offs. You know it’s a trash company when there own customers complain about them saying how they don’t like Nolan I would get to know there customers then take those accounts away from them. It’s not hard. Horrible company to work with. Many reviews that say, companies get burned on tracking, they are crooks the won't tell you weather or not your on tracking. Sat over 8 hours and we had got nothing for it. Ellen (Broker REP) replied with "how come you didn't tell us you didn't receive a tracking request." how are we supposed to know if our driver is tracking through there tracking apps? Don't waste your time there crooks like most brokers are.

NTG's Nashville team is the absolute best to works with. Always flexible; sometimes due to my business we put them in positions of constant change. But they always come through- 100% of time. The team has the best customer service. They are always on-time, even when provide challenging opportunities their way. The team and their drivers are the up most professional, and not only always on-time deliveries, 100 % quality every time, in all dealings never a single account of any issue. Ntg brokers are fraudulent. They will always try to find a way to take part of your payments unjustly. I received an email from them claiming a 200 dollar deduction for not having tracking on at the time of delivery. The issue is that the tracking WAS on and all the locations are documented in the tracking app. When I disputed the penalty and provided proof, no one at ntg would return any communication. Don't haul for this fraudulent brokerage and let everyone you know what is going on with them.

Finally did receive a call back and some lady says that the BOL has to be submitted the same day and since it wasn't they took the money. The lady also states that requirement is on the rate con, which is false. The rate con says POD must be submitted and there are several different types of POD. This is simply a scam way for the brokers to take your money.

I usually don't leave public reviews, but in this case I have to. I have had NOTHING but issues with NTG, since pulling my 1st load for them! Last week I tried to cash my comcheck for my load, and it bounced!!! I eventually got paid for it almost a week later, but now this week I have 7hrs of detention and a $135 lumper fee that I paid out of pocket for and I have yet to receive! No one EVER answers the phone, but they will call your phone every 5 minutes even though they know EXACTLY where you are because they track your every movement! I'M OFFICIALLY DONE!!!!!!!

Training sucked my upper management sucked informed I was not comfortable working alone I was told you will just have to figure it out. I ask for assistance one night told me for what I read the email also reached out to the broker he never responded this was the worse place I was supposed to be trained for two I sat at my laptop while the two was supposed to me training me worked no one ever asked if I was comfortable alone I hated this place

They still owe me 3 Hours of Detention, the broker Jerry forgot to make the appointment at the consignee, and after that, they started acting funny at the calls.

Our experience with NTG has been nothing shy of brilliant. We never go more than a few minutes without a response if we have a question or concern. NTG is always there for us every step of the way including taking some intiative on their end to help us out. They consistently have the best rates and transit times with some of the most trusted carriers in the country. Doesn't matter the industry or the distance, if you aren't shipping with NTG you're not getting the best service.
