Extremely poor service from southwest. My confirmation number email was deleted. Finding the number through customer service was an ordeal. The ai chat bot was not good. It always has problems leaving appointment for call back. The phone queue is over 4 hours long, and they are even slower with email request responses. Good luck if you choose sw

I’m here multiple times a week. I’ve been recovering and tendering freight to SW for the last 3 years. Most of the staff are very nice, however the one who helped me today had a very snotty attitude. Her name tag said Shannon, she was very unprofessional and got upset because I advised her that I had freight to tender and also freight to recover. I’ve learned to not get myself into situations that could potentially hinder my ability to get work done, so I accepted her rude tone, got my freight, and followed up with this review. Hopefully she receives some remedial coaching on professionalism and customer service. Thanks Shannon for representing southwest in such a negative light.

Love SW CARGO ! as long as it’s owned and operated by Southwest it’s always fast and easy transactions. When it’s owned and operated by a third-party it’s usually a pain. And takes 4 times longer to do the same exact thing. I use SW cargo multiple times a week in cities all over the country.

Boarding was typical in Phoenix. Seating is way too tight. Not enough room for carry-on. Backpacks as 2nd piece are being stowed in overhead bins instead of under the seat leaving NO room for other passengers carry-on. At BNA there was 1/2 hour delay because they couldn't connect the exiting tunnel to the plane. Flight was fine and the flight staff were very nice and professional.
