There’s a Love’s 4 miles away or there is overnight parking here.

YOU MUST DRIVE TO MEMPHIS DEPOT PKWY TO GET HERE! IF YOU TAKE ANY OTHER DIRECTION IT WILL BE BLOCKED OFF!

To enter the place you will have to gain access from guard shack, follow guards directions to place. Even if you forget if you pay attention on your left hand side you will see “Prime Inc truck and trailers or FedEx Trailers” parked in the overnight parking area.

I arrived at midnight for my 1pm appointment, the sign on the door says 8am the place opens. When I entered at 8am the worker there said the shipping person doesn’t arrive until 8:30am or 9am. By the time I was helped by this shipping person it was 9:30am.

I got a call back at 11am for a door, and finished loading me at 12:26pm.

I disliked the fact the only bathroom they had for drivers was the portapotty outside and the workers inside the place walking back and forth ignoring me and failing to assist me.

Not having a restroom for the drivers is pathetic & asking that we use a portable toilet outside makes it that much worse. As a women driver who brings her daughters out on the road to some day pass the business to this is one of the many reasons I look for other business opportunities for them.
We as a whole meaning truck drivers are not disgusting people & to be away from our homes for weeks to months at a time we appreciate a bathroom. Respect truckers who our out here doing what many won’t do.

Great staff! Very easy to get into, make sure you use the entrance to the industrial park off Airways and do not use Google to the street address. There is only one way into the industrial park. Doors are easy to hit.

Easy backing, was able to get unloaded and loaded within 3 hrs, one truck was ahead of me. Everyone was super friendly.
