I’ve been buying from Tractor Supply for several years …. Sold my house in town and moved out of the country. I use both the Tractor Supply app and directly online with the computer. I changed my address and Tractor Supply managed to not once not twice but three times change my address back to my old one. The third time was the charm because we had sold the house. Out of the $$$$ of dollars I’ve spent with Tractor Supply thank goodness this place only lost me $40. Buyer beware

Is there any reason you have not responded to my emails or my Facebook messages about the chicks I bought back in January that had long since died due to Marek’s?!?! I’ve also reached out to the hatchery and surprise surprise…no response. I have been trying to contact someone who gives a damn for almost 2 months! Customer service refuses to help or have any acceptable answer to any questions. $100 is chicks may seem like chump change to you but not my family! Is there anyone that can help me?!?! Is there anyone that can make this right?!?! What the heck?!?!!?!

Lawrenceburg KY has the most embarrassing store since manager changed . Tonight around 500 to 530 pm est 3 employees horseplaying around registers! And Manager and assistant in parking lott having a chat. And I needed help just paid for my dog food and left.

Tractor supply is a good place for unconventional gardeners’ stuff. If you want a sturdy cheap trellis, for example buy a “cattle panel”.

I'm just a little tired of getting receipts and surveys from this company when I do not shop there, let alone in a state halfway across the country from where I reside. There seems to be no easy fix to this issue, so I will just block any further contact.

I have to keep unsubscribing from tractor supply in my email. The unsubscribe never works. This tells you a lot about the website and or store. Harassment is all it is to me. If I can help it, I will never shop at tractor supply again!!!!!!

I had an issue with an order I placed which resulted in me contacting tractor supply and ultimately canceling the order. It is a hundred percent an issue on their side of with their supplier. I received a survey request to review the interaction I had with tractor supply regarding my order. Since it did not go well and it cost me additional money and time I left a less than positive review. A couple days later I received an email from tractor supply informing me that my review had been moderated and would not be posted. Apparently they don't like people saying not nice things about their processes or company. So, I'm going to post the review here that I left originally which this location, the store support center moderated and said I could not post.
This was my original review:
"Never again
Never got the product in time for the job. The projected lead time for delivery was off by over a week and a half. Ended up spending more on last minute materials."

I would love to hear from the store support center as to why that is legitimately moderated. And by the way the bold text was the nickname that I chose because I tried about 40 other names and everything already appeared to have been used.

If tractor supply was on shaky ground from my perspective as a customer with the order issue, certainly the way they're handling this situation with the review and the after experience just affirmed that I'm making the right choice by not shopping there again. I wish big corporate stores like this hadn't pushed the little guy out of every small town in America, because I never had these types of problems at a local hardware store or general store.
