The recruiter was very excited to have found me and assured me that I was exactly what his client was looking for. He called and/or texted me a couple of times a day for several days, until the interview was set up. Unfortunately, I was NOT what they were looking for, so the interview was very awkward and uncomfortable. Not to mention the interviewers wouldn’t even turn on their cameras so I was talking to a blank screen the whole time. I knew I had done poorly, and wanted to talk with the recruiter about the experience. But where was this highly-communicative young man? NOWHERE. Complete radio silence. I would hope that he would be mature enough to speak with me about the results of my interview. Totally rude and unprofessional.
