We had been using Kuebix for over 2 years and had very few complaints other than the most unintuitive UI imaginable. Once FreightWise purchased the platform is when the issues started. All of sudden, features like invoicing didn't work. API's disconnected. Login issues were common.

Their support is horrendous. Shoutout to Chris, a technical support analyst at Kuebix for doing the absolute bare minimum and trying to gaslight by saying multiple times, "we never had that feature." Bye Felicia.

TLDR; the UI is 1/10, support is 2/10. Check out MyCarrier, way better platform.

We have had Kuebix live and connected to Netsuite for almost a year. We have yet to move out of integrations and into customer support. I have had various issues throughout the process and the customer support and response has been extremely poor. If I have an issue, there are several times where I needed to send multiple emails to even get a response back. They do not make communication and follow through a priority. I still have open issues that were either not resolved or they created work arounds. Overall, we like the software but not the overall way the project was implemented or followed through. If the software is used independently of Netsuite, it works pretty well. The linking to Netsuite is a little clunky. Overall, it has improved our shipping process but I would love to get to using it to its fullest and not continue to be stuck waiting. Unless I am driving the questions or project, nothing is being communicated.

We have been a partner with Kuebix since 2016. The quality of their product in a 1-10 rating would be a 20! They are subject matter experts in the supply chain and logistics industry and it is visible through their TMS system. Outside of having a superior product, the customer support level is also way above average. I would recommend anyone trying to transform their supply chain or logistics network to add Kuebix to their tool box.
