Hired them to move the contents of our home to a new home. They were super helpful, arrived on time and did a great job. Even though it was snowing the day of our move they still came and did a great job. Swan, Chase and Ethan were our movers and they took great care of our furniture and appliances. They were patient with helping us put furniture and rugs in place and they connected our washer and dryer. Karin was our contact person and she was also very service oriented and professional. Great company, I highly recommend them.

John and Cody were exceptional. They were on time, we’re extremely professional and kind. They moved our piano without any issues and I am very pleased. This is the second time we have used them and I would call them again without hesitation, especially for something as finicky as a piano.

I reached out to a different company who specialized in moving pianos before reaching out to Choo Choo Movers. That company did not respond. A friend recommended Choo Choo Movers as they had previously used them to move a piano in the past. These guys responded very quickly. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and easily accommodated my schedule. Their delivery staff was very polite and patient with me as I decided exactly how to position my piano. Other than my own indecision, they were in and out quickly and respectfully and took great care of things. I would use them again and recommend them highly!

We hired choo choo movers to move a canine therapy pool weighing about 1000 pounds into our rehab department recently. The pool was supposed to be delivered on a flatbed truck by the pool company so a forklift could set the pool onto the ground because the fiberglass pool couldn't be lifted by anything except the braces bottom of the unit. When the pool arrived it was in a box style truck and could not be removed by a forklift. The fantastic people at choo choo movers didn't miss a beat. They figured out how to get lifting straps under the unit and they manually lifted it onto their lift gate and got it onto the ground. They then carried it across the parking lot, into our rehab department and got it safely installed in our building for us. What an amazing team of professionals. We would definitely recommend them to everyone. They went above and beyond to help us and they did it with care and professionalism. Five stars isn't nearly enough!!

Choo Choo Movers moved a Hot Tub for me inside Chattanooga City limits. They were easy to talk to, made clear arrangements, offered an affordable price, and were very efficient and professional when moving the tub. They had a delay of 2 hours, but communicated it via phone in time and so everyone was prepared. I highly recommend ChooChoo Movers
