3rd party delivery for Lowe’s. Never using Lowe’s again because of Spirit/Lowes. Spirit has no customer service. Lowe’s just says they use 3rd party and can’t help.
Missed a 4 hour time slot by being 33 minutes early. Lie about it. Leave my washer without installing even though I paid for install, won’t come back to install it because “they don’t have time” even though they left my house 20 minutes before they were supposed to show up.

Use Home Depot. Please.

They don’t deserve a star. This place is horrible and very unprofessional. This place delivered my new refrigerator that I purchased through Lowe’s. They could hardly speak English. While taking my old refrigerator out they broke the copper wiring that I had and water went everywhere… cut the copper wiring down to the floor and said you need to call a plumber. I barely understood that.. didn’t give me a lot of time to clean the water out of the floor. Tracked through my kitchen and living room with wet boots bc of the water. Fast forward where I live there’s not local plumbers so I had to wait a week for someone to come out to my house. Coat me $475 out of my own pocket that I didn’t have. That was on Friday 2/14. I reached out to the billing manger Stephanie and turned in pics and the estimate and was told they approved it and I will be sent a check. On Monday 3/10 I send an email to Stephanie touching base about check she gives me an excuse about new management that it will be in 2 weeks. Here we are Monday 3/24 will be 2 weeks I sent another email touching base and she said they will send a check Friday… just excuse after excuse and at this point I’m livid. Ohh and Lowe’s won’t even return a call to me over this.

Inconsiderate of your time. Took off work to be at home within the window time frame of 4pm-8pm. No call no show. Called them around 7pm because I haven't heard from anyone. I was informed to give more time. Called back after 8pm since the window had closed and received voicemail. Next day called logistics to see what happen. No notes but order stopped at 10:37pm. I'm still waiting for someone or management to to reach out. I still having a leaking ice maker after delivery of refrigerator and installation. Also another day of trying to take off work to get services done. Lowe's need to address this because it is bad for business when customers are not satisfied after spending money and things are not up to par. Not a pleased customer with Lowe's and their contractors.

They are awful. We were waiting for this delivery for few days., drivers showed up almost 7 pm. Told us that they are late for another delivery. Then, brought dryer in and's told customer service that they are leaving due to the steep driveway. We proposed customer service to help them with our own truck. They left. Technician was frustrated and stressed and a customer service hang up on us. This is not a first time we have an issue with the Lowe’s delivery.

Shame on Lowes for hiding behind this atrocious delivery company. Spirit is so awful, I hesitate to even call them a company. When they delivered our refrigerator, we asked them to please be careful. They left an approximately 10" scratch on our floor during the installation. They had taken our front door off, and forgot to put it back on, left large bolts all over our driveway, and made no apologies for the damage to our floor. We filed a claim and were told the damage was already there. Which means they called us liars. After we filed a complaint with the BBB they sent one of their employees to my place of work asking me to identify the delivery guy. The Spirit rep told me they didn't pay the delivery guy for our delivery, and that he wasn't one of their regulars. Spirit then asked us for more photos documenting the damage, only to then ghost us. It's been 6 months now that we have been fighting to get them or Lowes to take some responsibility. What a scam. Lowes foists this 3rd world company on their customers and there is nothing we can do about it besides write these zero star reviews that neither Spirit or Lowes cares about. Nothing will change because no one is accountable. I blame Lowes more than this awful company because Lowes is the one who hired them and people I've spoken with at Lowes have admitted they know how bad this company is.

Horrible company! It took over 2 weeks to schedule a delivery! The FIRST delivery team were complete idiots & refused to remove my old stacked washer / dryer because they couldn't figure out how to do it (even though it was a Lowe's machine that was installed 7 years ago), so they just left the new machine sitting in my dining room. They sent out a 2nd team 2 days later; although they spoke VERY LITTLE English, they were able to remove the old machines & install the new ones. After reading some of these other installation reviews, I'm now worried that the new ones may not last long. Where do they find their employees? DO NOT BUY FROM LOWE'S AS LONG AS THEY USE SPIRIT LOGISTICS!

Spirit Logistics delivered and installed a new washing machine that I purchased from Lowes. After they left, I discovered they had put a large hole in my dryer vent hose. To Spirit's credit, they did reimburse me for the repair of the dryer vent hose.
I was doing laundry and there was an odd squeaking sound coming from the washing machine during the wash and spin cycles. I had the GE technician out this morning to look at the machine, and he found a large piece of styrofoam in the machine that the installers forgot to remove. I can't believe the shoddy work Spirit does.

Would you like to take off work multiple times to have an installation team come and misinform you by saying you have faulty/mismatched parts so that you have to end up learning how to install everything yourself anyway? (Exchanged the parts all to find out I had the correct parts in the first place)

Bonus points if the staff talks about how they hate their job half the time they’re at your house or place of business.

Then congrats you have found the company for you.
