I had no issues here. Be sure to follow the rules of the customer. One way around building at all times, no u-turns, speeding, etc. There is a big gravel lot just before guard shack on the right for short/long term parking. Shipping/receiving office is not 24/7 but guardhouse is.

Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the overnight security guard. I dropped off my trailer last night and bobtailed to the Loves so that they could load my trailer overnight since I had 20 minutes on my 14. I come back this morning, check in at the gate, and I see my trailer in the loaded trailer lot so I go to connect to it before going to the shipping office and the security guard hustles (that's being generous) over towards me to tell me I have to check in with the shipping office before I can connect to my trailer. Yesterday the lady in the office told me I could connect to my trailer and drive back around to the shipping office once loaded (before I asked if I could leave) but this guy insisted that it was their "policy". I think it's stupid. He also said they don't open shipping until 8:00 but I was in the office at 7:34. I doubt they get there much sooner than 7:00 so if you drop your trailer here and come back for it I would not arrive before 7:30. When I left after their 8:00 shift change the older guy at the guard shack was very nice.

I arrived roughly 1-1/2 hours prior to my 1800 appointment (I don’t know if there is a limit on how early you can check in). Stop at guard shack, guard comes out to your truck. Checks your drivers license and views the inside of your trailer (if empty).
Tells you where the shipping office is and, because traffic is ONE WAY around the facility, you will have to drive almost completely around it to get there.
Checked in at the office and was given a dock assignment immediately. Slide tandems to rear and drop trailer at door. Disconnect truck and park in front of trailer.
Green, red, green light and hook back up. My live load took less than 30 minutes to load. Either drive or walk back to shipping office for BOL. Will also give you the seal but security at gate MUST verify it before it goes on trailer.
Everyone I dealt with was awesome. Very friendly and professional. I would gladly come back!

Not bad loading times the only draw back is there are a lot of rules and the vigorously enforce them. Slow check in process you have to show license, open your trailer doors (but you can not leave them open). It is a one way facility so you have to go all the way around the building to check in the shipping office. If your assigned door is before the shipping office back around the building again. Tandems all the way back and drop the trailer.

Trucker review: I had a 1700 appointment. Showed up at 1620. Initially, shipping Clerk told me that my load will not be ready for a couple of hours,Take a nap. Copy. Woke up at 1900 not a single pallet loaded. Went back at 2330 STILL NOT ONE PALLET LOADED!!! So I go back in to the shipping office to wait for 15 minutes while everyone in the warehouse is circle jerking, only for another clerk to tell me that they’re short staffed and won’t be able to load me until tomorrow morning at 0800. 16 HOURS TO GET LOADED,…. For a two hour trip to Atlanta.

Here to ask why do they make appointments? I had a 1 pm appointment got here at 12:30 took the guard 20 minutes to explain the rules. Now which I wish I would have broken them to get kicked out since they are now starting to load me at 11:25 pm. Worst place ever. The other day cab driver just drove off without his load. Lesson learned refuse this customer at all cost.

This is the worst place I ever been too. They will lie to you that computers are down and every thing being pushed back. But the realty is that ti has lack of management. It's big enough to F**** with drivers. They don't care if driver sits there for hrs. Been here since 08:50 and it's 16:00 still has green light. Appointment was at 09:00 Avoid this place much you can or be sorry to be here. Finally! loaded at 18:30
