This is a great place to store your stuff.
The staff (Roberta) is very friendly and helpful. I feel like my stuff is safe and secure. Everything is well maintained and cared for. I have never had any problems.

I have rented two spaces from them. My first one I got when transferring from one storage facility to another. The process was very simple I did it on line and then went by and finished the process because I got a little confused with my documentation. Then I need to move up to a larger unit so I contacted Roberta, she started the paperwork and all I had to do was take my new ID by. And then I moved out of both of them the end of this month was very easy process. The facilities are clean and safe. I had a completely enjoyable experience with them and if I ever move back I will use them again. This is the second time I had used them once in 2014 and then again in 2024 10 years later. Completely satisfied

The facility is always clean, the climate control is perfect and the staff is exceptionally helpful. I like the ease of access with out having to go thru the office to access my unit.

Haven't had any problems yet, and it seems like a nice facility. My only concern is that the climate-controlled storage units have nothing but a wire mesh covering them. If there was a roof leak, nothing would stop your stuff from getting wet. Also, all a thief would need is a ladder and some wire cutters. That said, the building is protected with a passcode.

Update: after 4 months, the only real problem I've had turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part where I was locked out of the building. The problem was when I tried to contact the office. The hours of operation online are not accurate, and I was told that the schedule changes weekly because there is only one office employee. Even so, I had attempted to call within the hours posted on the door, and no one answered. If I had known this in the beginning, I would've chosen a facility with more accessible customer service.

Nice facility with climate control. Only thing I wish was that the restrooms would be opened back up. Most times when you’re moving in and out it’s not a quick trip and having to stop everything to go to a restroom somewhere else is frustrating, especially since most times we were pulling trailers. Also 24 hour access or at least later at night would help too. But overall a good experience and I would definitely use this facility again.
