For several days as we were unloading storage units at Cube Smart, we found that we needed some boxes and bubble wrap.

My son stopped in and talked with Mike on more than one occasion, and was so impressed with how gracious and helpful he was.

I called him today to ask some questions about renting a U-Haul, expecting to be actually making the reservation in another city, but hoping that Mike would be kind enough to give me some advice on the details of what I’d need.

He was the consummate gentleman, and was so very caring and compassionate.

I can’t say enough good things about this man and the business that he’s built to help others.

Know that even if you’re moving from another location, you can book through Mike and be assured of the best price, the best advice, and the utmost of care.

The person working the front desk incorrectly entered my information, making me unable to use the U-Haul app to check out (and he stated that I could use the app to check out). He was also very slow. We spent 30 minutes checking out a U-Haul truck and we had a reservation. I do not recommend this place as a U-Haul vendor.

Did not have their times posted online so I drove there and arrived at 3pm and the lights were on, there is no light up open sign or anything... I pull up and the person inside walks up to the door looks in my direction and put up a sign on the window saying closed and flipped off the lights. If this is how you treat people I’m happy to take my business elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks
