Delivered here. By appointment only. No overnight parking on site. But I saw few trucks parked on the street.
Follow the signs of the driveway. Staging area is tight. They need to move those rocks. Guard will tell you which door to go. Drop and pick your paperwork at the green door at the corner of the building. About 1-2 hours to unload. Can’t complain. They have cheap snacks and beverages and restroom for drivers.

Absolutely THE.WORST! Place I’ve ever had to go! The “oh so friendly” and “polite” guards at the check in shack [please read with the intended sarcasm], wont speak to you until park in the truckers lot. The truckers lot is nothing more then a horrific rock bed that you’ve got to angle back into with absolutely no room with trucks coming in and out, no defined lines, holes, divots, cones, concrete walls, and a row of boulders on the other side of the road Just to give the driver something interesting in their day! I first got to this location 4 1/2 hours ago for a drop and hook, only to be spoken to like I was an absolute moron for even expecting it to be a preload when there appears to be well over 20 trailers in the lot. Fast-forward two hours later while I’m finally in the dock only to have a warehouse jockey tell me that the trailer has some syrup in it and they’re not going to load the trailer, after I had already swept it out and didn’t see any syrup. It wasn’t as clean as brand new but it had been fully swept out. Now, an hour and a half later I’m finally back here and I’m giving them one star because I was able to go directly too the dock I had previously been in. However now I get to sit here and wait for them to load the trailer, five hours after it was supposed to be ready! The driver amenities are five star all the way, but it only includes a bathroom, at the guard shack, on the other end of the warehouse, and it smells like puke and diarrhea.

I should’ve been gone from this place at least four hours ago and now I only have two hours left on my 14 hour clock in which to get loaded checked out and find someplace in Chattanooga after 6 PM to park.

I truly hope someone utilizes their time the way that they utilize mine !

Bring some food and get comfy. Tried getting it moved up, no luck. Despite the reviews I showed up at 1215 for a 1600 appointment. They wouldn't let me check in but let me stay there til then. Got a door right away after checking in, but foolish me thinking they'd load me right away. Didn't lock my airline til 1815. Then loaded me up in 20 minutes flat...just do that on time and no complaints!

2 rude staff members, 2 were ok, 1 was nice (guy who unlocked me).

Didn't have a problem with the gravel waiting area and rocks others mentioned, maybe I just got lucky. Plenty of room to dock. But the time wasted, I don't wanna come back.

75s to exit 3 -153 north then exit 6 rte 58 and make a left on Stuart St. we parked along the street by the entrance because we were early. Parking in gravel lot wasn’t too bad like the other reviews. Checked in with guard, he breaks the seal and gives you a dock no. We were still early and he let us park there until an hour before appt. Go to your assigned dock, slide tandems, chock wheels and walk to the office under the green awning and green door. They’ll come out and pull your air brake until they’re finished. They had us unloaded under an hour!

I pickup here 3rd time today.. They take u always on apmt. But these time i am late 1.30 hr .. But they do check in and give me the
door right away.. In an out 1.30 hr .. everything is good No Complaints

The worst and unsafe truck staging area owners too cheap to pave the lot and they placed rocks countries can damage their bumpers

Reading the reviews, I was scared! But I will say that I did not expect that they would unload in an hour and a half. The staff is very polite! Thank you very much!

Worst thing about this place is the "staging" area. It's true what everyone has been posting, namely extremely tight gravel lot (if it can be called that). If there are alot of trucks there just forget about it cause there's no room with the rocks in your way. Looks like they could move the rocks about 15 feet to give the drivers more room. Once you get a door and get inside you have plenty of room. I was there about 8 hours waiting to get loaded, didn't see any available parking
