I purchased my Maytag washer and dryer set just under two years ago from this location and absolutely love them. Unfortunately my washer has stopped working (it gets a lot of use) and I knew I purchased a warranty but couldn’t find the paperwork. I called the store this morning and spoke with John, the sales manager and asked him if he could please help me find the information I needed to have my washer serviced. John was so friendly and helpful and was able to get me the information I needed and explained that I had purchased the three year protection plan and not the two year like I had thought.

This is what customer care is all about. As a store manager myself, I know how important it is to have the right people on your team. I know my request for help was a simple one, but the fact that John made it so easy and stress free without seeming like I was annoying him made my already stressful situation better.

Store Manager was absolutely GREAT, very informative on the PC I was looking at, I had just left Vanderbilt Spine Clinic and he didn’t hesitate after purchase to walk my PC to the car for me. Very positive experience and will definitely be going back 🙂

Not much parking at this EEX. But the staff was helpful getting me a replacement dryer for my tenants. Jon Rich knows alot about appliances and brought out the appliance so I could see it. Hope this helped someone looking for help with purchases.
