A driver of this company took the incorrect route and got stuck in my yard. Sank the truck, tore up my yard and left without leaving any kind of contact information. Thankfully many members of my community took good pictures so I was able find contact information. I immediately called and they told me to get a quote for the damage and they would pay it. I sent them two quotes from two different businesses, I called to check in and they said a check would be sent out Friday. I went ahead and scheduled the lawn care business. The ruts were so bad and deep the truck was towed from my yard and required several loads of top soil to repair it . Company is now changing the story every time I call, and says the owner is out in a truck but won’t return my calls. I did not ask to have to deal with this situation but here we are , the company made a mistake and needs to own up to the damage they have caused.

I've been unloading trucks for 22 years. The dispatch sets up a ETA. The drivers give a courtesy call with in 8 hours of the delivery. The drivers handle the Tru-Wood cabinets they deliver to s with respect. That is huge. When the drivers are done, they DO NOT want to hang around and chat. I'd give them 7 stars if I could.
