Used to be super fast and efficient loading! Since the older guy quit being the yard dog it's went wayyyyy downhill! He always met you at the rail got your info, told you which dock to hit then brought your paperwork and seal out! The guy who wears the yellow ear muffs that is a yard dog is good too. If he's not working, you have to track someone down to check in and most of the time good luck with that. Now loading can take HOURS! Then you have to chase them down to get your paperwork! Not sure what happened but it's a dreadful time over half of the time now! Docks are easy to hit! Plenty of room to maneuver unless trucks and trailers are parked everywhere in the way! Even though it can be a headache the people are nice for the most part! STRAPPING AND SECURING YOUR LOAD IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! NO MATTER WHERE YOU DELIVER THE LOAD, YOU PICKED IT UP STANDING UP SO ITS EXPECTED TO BE STANDING WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE RECEIVER!

From I24 take exit 54 (Briley Prkwy) Go west approx 2 miles and will be left hand side.

Showed up a few minutes before my appointment. Got unloaded within 2 hours.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I arrived yesterday to pick up my load and it was cancelled because they gave my load to another carrier! The same load was reposted for today and I bid and won just be arrive to be told the load was given to another carrier! Twice I lost my load that I bid and won. Why is Pepsi giving loads to other carriers when they have so many loads! I want management to contact me! I am a small business and if this is how Pepsi conducts themselves then other small trucking companies need to stay away!!!! I have lost time, money and fuel due to their incompetence! I plan to report Pepsi for this activity!

Arrived a day early they will take you ok in door at 1 30 pm out at 10 30 p.m so I give 3 stars but what a mess . Plus the load at the back shifted i straighten out 3 skids and then just wait .

Bad experience.!!! No a good place to for truckers. Drivers you will be here a long time at this facility. As a driver done everything by their rules shipment tracking arrived 1 hour 15 min early was told they have strict appointment times mine was at 1pm was told to wait until then so checked in again at 1255 I was informed that it was going to be more than 4hrs to unload they were not kidding for hours now and no sign of being unloaded. Boycott this facility cancel your shipments here if possible you will save yourself a lot of headaches. Also don’t bother having another shipment lined up because you will not make it ask yourself is it worth it coming here don’t do it stay away.!!! Heartless people don’t care about us drivers and hour time.

Slow as Christmas I never have this problem delivering or picking up at Coca-Cola every Pepsi location I go to tennessee-georgia Florida it does not matter takes forever

This is the worst place to pickup. You're there for 4 hours, and the bottles are wrapped properly. And it's a nightmare to get restacked at final.
