A rock busted my windshield from one of their trucks, did not have a stay back or not responsible sign on it, every time I call I’m givin the run around and he will “get ahold of the guy who handles that” never does and today when I called to ask for said guys number he just left me on hold after stuttering for a full minute trying to make excuses. Same day delivery was only reason for 2 stars. My driver negligently decided to back his 54,000 pound dump truck up the side of a hill next to my drive way (a hill no vehicle especially a big rig should climb) instead of squaring up the drive way and then cutting into and across the yard. Not following any of my hand signals or direction on how to take the drive way, proceeded to spin out and destroy the corner of my asphalt driveway. The owner was made aware and found a poor excuse to say the driver and his company aren’t at fault. Wouldn’t recommend. For context I’m knowledgeable enough to know what I’m talking about when it comes to backing a big rig because I drive fire trucks for a living. What I was wanting him to do was NOT hard.

Was on interstate 40 by Crossville on 7-1-22. Your truck had a load of Pete gravel or sand that clearly was over the top of the truck. And by law your required to have a tarp over the load. But you did not. I have 5 pictures to prove it!!. Therefore as I kept distance as allowed by law. Your sand/gravel went all over the road and struck my car and chipped my paint in several areas. I have called your company 4xs and sent in pictures per dispatch employee. Yet still not a call back. So I will be turning in your TDOT # to TDOT and filing a complaint and my insurance and seek damages.. shame on your company. And the owner is a christian?Christian Attends church. Do the right thing sir!!!!

My driver was great. He spread the gravel really good especially with the way I asked him to do our parking area.
The owner is very active in our church and has done alot of good things for people and our church and ommunity.

Truck driver didn't clean of his tailgate after unloading. Smashed my windshield and chipped my paint. They told me they are not liable. I was far enough behind that this shouldn't have happened.
