I have never had any of the other friendliness or courteousness since I moved here in 2019. We run a non-profit teaching farm and I have been in this place multiple times and If i ask about anything the lady at register has to ask others who will just give the simplest answer. I have asked to see products like hay or straw....they are annoyed by me asking anything. Several times I bought straw and they were a month apart and the same price but I was given half bales the second time. Now, If I must buy there I ask to see it first. I buy a LOT in BULK but I drive to Rogersville to purchase from Dodson where people are happy to help me with my $450.00 - $600.00 order and I split that with Rural King who has cheaper prices and no customer service. I may as well buy and load myself if cheaper, I have just never had a great experience at Claiborne Co-operative. I still do not know what they carry because if I don't ask one single request at a time I would be there til from dawn to duck. I was new 5 years ago and asked what they sold and different brands- the answer was what do you need ? Yeah , not so great but they lost over $12,000 a year from responses and smirks and hating to do anything...yet , I watched a man come in for corn and got the attention of ALL the store employees, talking to him and wishing him well and could they help him buy more cattle products. Definitely not open to new people. So, my review is GREAT if you are born , bred and from Claiborne County and know the staff!

Cool store with just about everything. Lacking is customer service. I went to this store for the first time yesterday. There were about 6 or 7 employees, and not one had the decency to smile, be nice, or ask if I needed assistance. After I got want I went in for, I found myself thanking them when I checked out. What a backward world. These folks desperately need some customer service training. On top of that, they need to learn to treat others the way they would want to be treated.

Took my tire here to get it patched and as a stay at home mom I had to take my one year old daughter with me they was 15 minutes late opening up and was not friendly at all when me and my daughter went into the waiting room it was nasty there was trash piled up on the table
And you could tell the waiting area hasn’t been swept or mopped in years and the amount of dust was ridiculous. Definitely not somewhere that I would want my kid to be breathing that stuff in it’s definitely not kid friendly and Doesn’t feel very welcoming at all I have posted pictures of the waiting area

Went for a tire alignment and found out we were about to have a blown tire and snapped tierods. Thank goodness we went this morning. Service was great, everyone was helpful and friendly. Price was, thankfully, reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Great store what's many items in stock. They're very friendly and helpful and will help you find whatever you need. They even carry bee supply equipment. They do chainsaw chain sharpening. Their prices can be high on some items. But overall a very good place to buy your stuff.

Clerk was rude and rang up items which doubled the price. Waited outside for feed that never came because of her error which I tried to correct by asking if prices had gone up. Had to go back in and get refunded which she wasn't able to do had to wait for someone else. Then told me items weren't available......I want to shop local but if you can't have atleast decent customer service I will go else where
