Worst yard care company ever! My subdivision has used them for a few years now & the mowers still can’t figure out we also have back yards! TLP complained residents should not take up the mowers time by talking to them. What? When we were provided the worst yard care, undependable schedule, cheap grass seed (full of weeds), flower beds weed whacked down, etc., they should welcome any suggestions the residents were offering!

I received inconstant service at a constant price. When the mowing doesn't seem rushed, the product is amazing. They are nearly always in a rush though. Because I felt that I was paying top dollar for lawn service yet only getting bargain bin results, I decided to stop using this company for yard services. I feel like they need to slow down and insure quality. They need to reduce the price when the yard isn't cut properly.

Contracted with them for lawn treatments. Found out they’ll no longer be offering that service in my area months after the decision was made. For 4 weeks I’ve tried to get my money refunded for a lawn program they’ve never completed. I get put off, given vague excuses, or no response at all. Stay far away from this company.

Know little or nothing about trimming shrubs, careless about hitting borders while mowing and they do keep to a mowing schedule. You have to hound them to get them to fulfill their contract.

Not lawn related but a bunch of your guys just changed my tire while I had a hole in my tire! They were nice enough to come help me in the freezing cold!!! Great guys!

I live on asheville hwy see these trucks every day I've witnessed numerous times they take dangerous chances driving and also witnessed two of the mowing crews involved in wrecks at the pilot where they all stop every morning hope no one was seriously hurt this morning but those guys pull out in front of you stop sticking out in the road and not a one has any driving sense looks like this company would have safety meetings and teach proper driving to there employee's this has been years going on and I'm sure numerous employees I've personally witnessed 3 scag turf tiger mowers get destroyed on asheville hwy my self two trailers and all kinds of wreckage carnage good lord does management not see what's happening some one is going to get killed if not already does this loss not effect you all

Do not use this company, not only did they not give me the time of day when calling them to ask a question, I got hung up on by who I believe is the owner!!!! What business owner treats customers like that? TERRIBLE customer service! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
