Really good customer service. Fairly quick helping to get a power pole set up (this is customer responsibility when building a new house.). I would complain about the cost of power but can’t do anything about that. At least power is green.

PEC customer service could do better working with customer’s needs. We are trying to get service on at our barn, which has a locking gate across the drive to keep animals in, and people from driving up. PEC cashed my $1010 check to get service hooked up, and then told me the gate had to be open or they needed to be able to unlock it. They would not call one their way or call even once they arrived so I could unlock it. They also will not give me a range of dates that they may arrive. The lady also said if they arrived and it was locked, they would leave and not even notify me that they tried to come. I asked multiple times if they could do anything besides me leaving our gate unlocked and was told no. They apparently don’t understand or care what gates at farm locations are for. I understand you may have 50 work orders that week, but not all are going to be non residential properties that require access through a gate. Adding 2 minutes to place a phone call is not going to extend the work day a noticeable amount.

Bad management, no leadership.

If you are a service member there is no way to pause your service while out of the country. You either keep paying while overseas or come home to no power.
2024 update same issue. The customer service is good but the management is very poor. Nothing has changed since 2019.

Seeing as they are the ONLY electric company for the citizens of McNairy County they can charge whatever they want, knowing their customers need electricity, so they have to pay it. You can have a normal priced bill one month then the next it could be 2 or 3 times more with no changes in your household rountine from the previous month but somehow its just magically increased way more than normal. Their pre pay is even worse they need to learn from Corinth MS prepay electric .

Great service. Very few outages a little on the pricy side but for the service they provide there isn't much other choice. With they would run their internet service out to where I live but I'm sure it will come eventually. All in all decent company with very professional employees

Pickwick electric is my electric service provider. They provide excellent service at an excellent rate. Also, all my interactions with service workers and office workers at Pickwick have been nothing less than outstanding!

Need to improve their website. Useless trying to establish online account. In this era, there is absolutely no excuse for this.Their monthly magazine, while informative arrives too late. They have listings of events in certain areas of Tennessee, but the events are sometimes over when the publication arrives. Our bill sometimes does not arrive. You folks really need a new business model to enter the 21st. Century. Having said all this, I have never had an issue with service when we have required it. Linemen have always been competent and professional. We have been with Pickwick for over 15 yrs.

I am on prepay my check didn't go into my account we have s winter weather advisory for the next 2 days called to talk to them to see if they would leave power on for the next two days because I have a child at home Nope getting turned off today
Great people tried to tell him I had no where to go or take my child till Wednesday
