So got there early parked on the road and waited. Literally 15 minutes b fore appointment you go to the gate. Got the door right away and was out in 1 hour for a full truck. The young lady at the front desk is busy however very professional and very diligent be nice to her. Great place to take a walk while your waiting sidewalks everywhere however if you have a dog please clean up and please dont trash this location..have a good day drivers

Saw the reviews, and thought that would be fun lol got there around 6:10pm for my 6:30pm appt, 19 pallets went out quickly, lumper was $72 . Gone in less than 2 hrs with a paperwork on hands.
No complaints at all lol

I had a appointment at 10 pm and I checked in around 9:50 pm coz they take only15 minutes before your appointment time I got dock right away and got empty in 5 minutes and few minutes I received lumper fee text I paid fee and checked out at 10:09 pm

Attention: You can only access Himalaya Rd from Smith Rd. From I70, if you take the Tower Rd exit, you'll need to take a left at the light onto Smith Rd, then Himalaya Rd.
My stupid GPS kept wanting me to go through neighborhoods to get here, but they all have no trucks allowed signs, and you can't get here even if you ignore the signs and drive through the neighborhood. A friend told me this, I definitely didn't learn the hard way!
No matter which way you come, what I said is still true: Smith Rd, then Himalaya Rd.

Good experience delivering last night (except taking hours to unload) but after reloading here today the BOLs was brought out to me. I signed them. After handing their copy back to the worker I asked how the trailer was loaded meaning heavy in nose/double stacks etc... the reply I got back was "Go inside and look for yourself!"...he then walked away. What an asshole! By the way there wasn't any other trucks here so he wasn't busy. I wasn't rude. Just curious. This place is usually pretty friendly. I guess it was just his time of the month...

Left the red light on all night no way of knowing when done just had 4 pallets to unload checked in at midnight finally got a hold of a worker who verified and changed the light left at 7 am

Nice clean and big facility.Easy to find.Receiving starts at 19:00 to midnight 1:00am.Check in at door 53.bathrooms available inside receiving office.Street parking available but no parking signs all over.Quick unloading I was able to check in 2 hours before my appointment time.Good work

I got there and they said I didn’t have an appointment, despite me having a confirmation number. Where did that number come from folks? I know when I’m being given the runaround.

At least my company pays detention, but if I were an owner op I’d never do business with them again. They don’t plan for your arrival and then use you for storage.
