We need to maintain and getting our water heaters flushed and checked gives us peace of mind.

Technicians who helped us recently are:
Jordan & Casey came out to do routine maintenance on our gas water heaters. They also looked for leaks so nothing would be overlooked and wrote estimates.

Cody did routine maintenance on our heating unit and also he and project manager Tony came out to assess needs for adding insulation and then getting ducts checked out. He took pictures and made needed minor repairs.

Technicians came to remove under the house insulation in order to ready our home to have treatments by another company. They had good estimates and competed the removal job at a reasonable and fair cost and laid down a new vapor barrier. I would like to rate all their work as 5.

Those technicians are: Zach Decker and Daniel Dodson; Mark Kissamore & John Graham; this team removed all the under the floor insulation and laid down a new vapor barrier. Afterward they upgraded the insulation to R-38 in the attic.

A proposal was done by Jake Davis and we talked to the company lead plumber Zane who answered my questions. He worked with Jake to help prepare options for us for work to be done on plumbing: adding vents to our utility room, kitchen, and bathrooms. Part of this option is still open on our bathrooms, and we are thinking that we will try to work on this next. Most of the plumbing work has already been completed. This other option that we are working on is open and would need to schedule this. We are greatly pleased with their work. We are glad that we have 30 days on options.

Teri and Troy also are there for us too and over the years they have helped us to schedule a technician to come out if we need them and answer questions.

The technicians are always very professional and get work done.

We know are HVAC unit was on its last leg so contacted electric company about TVA financing. they gave me list of 8 company's to pick from. Called each one two of them said could not do it until after deer season 4 did not return my phone call 1 said they would be there on Friday at 1.30 at 4.30 a lady called said it would now be next Monday. Monday no one showed up called Roscoe Brown said they would be there at 3.30 the next day 3.35 they pulled in to do the estimate. Did a great job on info for buying a new unit. Set up a appointment for the next Wednesday morning. At 8.am Mark and his crew showed up on time he informed me what they were going to be doing. Any time they came in the house they took their shoes off by 12 they were finishing up. was very happy with their work would recommend.

Daniel Dodson and Mark Kisamore (McMinnville location), the 2 lead installers on my job, along with their helper Abe and another gentleman whose name I don't remember, were excellent. Professional. Caring. Conscientious. Went above and beyond. Cleaned up after themselves, even went so far as to move a rug for me so as to ensure maximum airflow in my office. Mark did the inside work, and he paid attention when I asked that he be sure not to leave exposed holes that my cats could escape into - he covered intake ductwork EVERY SINGLE TIME. 10/10 would use over and over again for all my HVAC needs. I'm not surprised, though - I received this same level of excellence from the Murfreesboro Roscoe Brown. That says something about a company culture of customer first.

Update 6 months later - Roscoe Brown to the rescue again. Critters had gotten to the wiring, and 3 days in a row they were out doing everything possible to not only fix the issue but to also hopefully prevent it happening in the future. They can't wave a magic wand and make it never happen again, but they did their best. I'll never use another HVAC service company!

Our water heater went belly-up; Jake arrived on time, ordered a new unit and had it replace early the following morning.
While RB was here; I signed up for semi annual HVAC inspection; the following day Jordan discovered our main heating unit was rusted through and allowing carbon monoxide to be pumped into the house, requiring a new HVAC system. Daniel and Zach arrived, on time, with the new 3.5 ton unit and had it fully installed in 2 hours and 20 minutes, impressive.
Jake; Jordan; Daniel & Zach were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and on time - On time; meaning they were here precisely when they said they would be. Customer service at Roscoe Brown is second to none.
