We stopped here to look at zero turn mowers and decided what we needed for our new property. We received excellent help walking through the lot explaining the deferences of the style mowers they carried. We ended up purchasing a zero turn and they uncrateded it assembled it and delivered it to my house. These guys are great and we look forward to doing business with them moving forward.

Estimate was way under what they charged us! My husband took in our zero turn mower for servicing this week. When he dropped it off, he asked the young man if he could get a claim ticket. The young man looked at him and asked him what was that? Hubby explained, and the young man said he guess he could write something up, so all he did was jot my husband's name down and that he dropped off a zero turn. No model number or anything. Hubby asked him to call first with an estimate. Funds are short during this pandemic time, but we do have 5 acres to mow! When the gentleman called with the estimate, hubby was told the new battery we had put in was dead and it needed a new starter, so $150 for starter and $50 for battery. He indicated that included labor. When they called to say it was done, we received a price of $630!!!!! Hubby told them that was WAY over the estimate he was given (the mower only cost $2,400). They had the finance gal call him back, who said she had talked with the guys, and they indicated they explained the estimate to hubby. Well....I heard the conversation my hubby was having with the guy, and no regulator was mentioned, and definitely no $630 was mentioned. So much for the "customer is always right." We won't be going back. We can't afford them.

My husband has spent over $80,000.00 there the past 4 years and he bought a like new New Holland hay baler for $28,000.00. Wouldn't tie when he got it home. Called for help and we didn't care to pay for help. All I could get from the owner was "we sell Kubota and this had no warranty". I told him the least he could do is have the decency to send someone out here after my husband had a heat stroke working on the baler trying to make it work 4 days ago in 98 degree heat. I ended up calling the ambulance and $11,000.00 in hospital bills and a heat stroke meant absolutely nothing to the owner when I called him. All he could say is "it didn't have a warranty" and I said "it didn't work when he bought it and y'all still wouldn't come an fix it. Needless to say, we won't ever buy anything else from them. I urge anyone to pay attention to this review because it's a real one from a real customer's experience.

Expensive. I went here with a buddy to get parts for his tractor which is always breaking down because it's a Kubota and they're not what they used to be. He bought a small axle kit with a few bearings and seals that costed almost 300 dollars. Needless to say he said he won't be buying another Kubota. I went to check out used equipment and found the prices to be a little high.
