I called and explained what kind of work I would be doing and the gentleman on the phone told me what machine would be best. When I showed up the customer service was fantastic, the guy behind the counter (Reece) was quick and explained everything. Then when I went to hitch the trailer up the guy in the yard was very helpful, gave me a rundown on the machine and how it operated. The machine was clean and everything worked perfectly, never had any issues with the rental. From start to finish the experience with MTR was AMAZING. Priced right, lots of options for rentals and very helpful staff. I highly recommend using them for equipment rentals small and large.

They are a joke we rented a mini excavator that's track come off they tried to charge me a service call for it. They said they are only made for flat ground. The mechanics spent two hours trying to move the machine after they just showed up. Then my boyfriend had to move it for them and put the track on for them and they charged me $300. The machine was full of fuel and they charged me $95 for fuel. After we ask for a refund and they machine be picked up because of terrible customer service and them just trying to screw me out of money. They also refused to refund me my taxes on the hours we did not use the machine.
