What happened to Safety First? Isn’t safety Amazon Top Priority! Yesterday was a terrible day. Why wasn’t day shift release early? Amazon put everyone at Risk! I was scared to drive home, as I almost got hit multiple times. I got so much anxiety that I had to leave my car abandoned and walk home in the cold, it took me about 3 hours. Our cars were sliding and some of us actually crashed. All of our lives were at RISK! Our lives deserve more Respect.

Waited outside the parking lot on the highway for over an hour to be checked in. Once checked in I was told to go park my truck in slot 767 and wait for a yard driver to direct me to the correct dock door. I parked at 10:30am and it's now 2:10pm and I'm still waiting 😡

The young lady driving this is rude! She blocks the mail lady and civilians trying to get through the subdivision! I heard the mail lady asking her to go up some and she ignored her. She leaves the truck running instead of cutting it off, which is unsafe!! She needs to retrained or put in a smaller vehicle

The Mexican security officer was very disrespectful to me while I was trying to pick my daughter up for work! She said something that I will not repeat she go by the name of Rosemary! I hope and pray that someone talk to her ! I came to tell my daughter that her dad passed!

Truck entrance is horrible now
Every single truck takes maybe 10 20 minutes to check in and out People who are answering and responding not knowing what are they doing. Any other Amazon takes 1 or 3 minutes. Please any supervisor take control and check before we report high level.

It took me 3 hours to get it and get out!!!!!!!
This place is a joke! That's unbelievable how long is taking to check in and check out a truck!

Avoid at all cost!!!!
