This company came to my residence today to install a dishwasher I have been waiting on for over 45 days. They are subcontractor for invitations homes. The dishwasher was installed unlevel/ not plum to the dishwasher opening. On the right hand side of the dishwasher at the top I have a 1/4 inch of a gap at the bottom I have a 1-1/2 inch gap it looks terrible. The Mexican did the work terrible. Do not call this company for any installation . Look at the picture related to this issue. The picture I posted are on the company home screen. Stainless steel dishwasher with the white base cabinet and granite counter top 3 or 4 pictures I have shared with the public.

I got my new appliances delivered as promised on time! Washburn called to confirm delivery the day before, Sent a text to let me know my position on the delivery schedule, and called when they were 15 mins. out. The installation went smoothly, and the service technicians were friendly. Keeping their card for future needs.

Horrible Service. My property management company hired this Third-party vendor to come and replace my microwave on Friday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. I waited the entire time for their technician to get to my residence. It was around 3:48 pm when I contacted them and asked if the technician was coming because they said they would contact me within a 30-minute window. The representative answered the phone and said he was just about to contact you. She indicated that he was behind, that he had just got to another person's home, and that it would be between 4:30 and 5:00 pm because he had an additional home to go to before mine. I indicated to the representative that it would not work for him to be late as I had another appointment scheduled and that I would have to reschedule.
She stated that she could schedule me for Tuesday and that they would give me a call on Monday. When I received the call, she stated that it would be between 12 - 4 pm again, and I asked if there was a way for me to get priority because of the situation that happened on Friday she stated that she had already called the 17 customers ahead of me and that I was the last person to call. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and the office manager, Everlyn, answered and talked to me as if it was my fault that their technician was going to be late last week. She did not express empathy or concern and gaslighted me into taking no accountability for their business. Everlyn ended up pushing out the appointment even further and stated to me that because of the area that I live in, they do not come out here until the end of the day and that she had already accommodated me for Tuesday.
I asked for a corporate headquarters number, and she stated that there was not and that they are a small business. If I could reach all the people who look up this business, I would tell each and every one of them to look for another company unless you would like to get manipulated and gaslighted out your money.

Invitation Homes used Sibi to order us a new range and Mashburn for delivery. Mashburn called the day before to confirm the delivery. I had some mild confusion with a Sibi delivery date in an email so if Mashburn just gives a time to confirm make sure you ask the date. The driver called me when he was 10 minutes away. Delivery window was 9-1 and he was he at 11. Within 15 minutes they had to old range out and the new one in place, level, and preheating.

Do not allow these people into your home. Two installers for a G.E. oven/microwave came barreling through, installed poorly (not level, lied about testing the equipment - I did myself after turning the power back on), and then could not leave fast enough. Found out why afterward when we discovered that they had destroyed the stainless steel finish on TWO refrigerator doors by hitting them with the oven/micro and leaving gashes. Mashburn Birmingham wouldn't answer calls, but finally responded when Atlanta contacted them for us. Dragging out for multiple months with every excuse as to why they won't replace the doors ($1200 cost) and offered $200. These people are horrible! HORRIBLE! And insurance? Yeah, G.E. has Sedgwick handle the claim, but they say they won't be involved (or file and actually insurance claim), only getting us in touch with Mashburn. This will be escalating up both chains as far as I can push it. My new hobby!

I got call from this company to schedule delivery of a Washing Machine from GE. The person was extremely rude and nasty. mind you, it was only 8 am in the morning. I alerted her of her attitude and instead of apologizing she actually double-down on her behavior. I would not use this company for anything. GE can do better. There are much better companies around that understands what good customer service looks like. My advice is to avoid Mashburn Delivery Service at all costs. if you do not have to deal with them. I will be contacting GE and my warranty Company to let them know who they're hiring. As I have read the previous reviews, I guess I'm not alone. I dread to know what's going to happen when they actually "deliver" the item. based on pass experiences from other customers. I'm sure they'll be an issue.
