What do the young kid say These days pics or it didn’t happen. Don’t let this happen to you.!!! Sitting in a dock about an hour away from pick up location went on the load board to find Mr. Paul when I called Mr. Paul The load was posted at $700. Mr. Paul told me the best he can do is $650 until I told him it was posted at $700 so then Mr. Paul told me was $700 is the best I could do ready to move. I decided to go ahead and give him $725 rate. Which any trucker will tell you that’s a deal Mr. Paul asked me if I was empty and I told him that no they are unloading me right now Mr. Paul said He’s not supposed to give me the load if I’m not empty but this load needs to move so he’s gonna do it anyway He agreed to me picking the load up at 9:00 AM and said it’s a straight through load…So I got unloaded and rushed over there. Making it there Maybe 10 minutes before 9 AM The load wasn’t completely loaded until a little after 11 AM Which I communicated to Mr. Paul Telling him that we are about to go into detention Maybe 30 minutes prior to Although it was a little bit over two hours I decided I’m not going to worry about A few minutes I sent over a email informing Mr. Paul A little after 11 AM that this load was more than likely not going to make it by 4:00 PM asking Mr. Paul to reach out to the receiver So that it won’t be any layover fee.. Of course, I Headed straight down Only stopping for fuel maybe 10 or 20 minutes.. After this, I checked my time and realized I’m going through Atlanta Traffic to Atlanta so I reached out to Mr. Paul again Basically telling Mr. Paul that I’m about two hours out Arriving around 6:00 PM So around 6:00 PM I arrive at receiver location. Of course there’s no one there and the place is closed. So I reached out to Mr. Paul again Informing him of the situation, asking him to advise… I didn’t hear back from Mr. Paul until 6:52 AM next day After I called Freight one and informed them what was going on They informed me at this point that the place doesn’t open up until 7:30 AM write at 8:40 AM I am unloaded and empty so I’ll reach out to Mr. Paul concerning getting layover pay Mr. Paul tells me This load wasn’t supposed to deliver until next day in the first place So I sent Mr. Paul a screenshot of the rate confirmation With a few Choice words, letting him know at the least he could have communicated. These things are expected in the trucking industry. I then reached out to Mr. Sean Supposedly Mr. Paul supervisor who informed me in Mr. Paul’s defense he goes home at 3 PM But could not account for why Mr. Paul did not communicate prior to 3 PM All in all he had me send over screenshots of Everything I’m saying and in the end Layover was denied not my monkeys not my circus. This will be the last time. All Good Finest Transport deals with these guys. Unless to just waste their time like they just did mine… i’ve had better hemorrhoids than this brokerage I should’ve went to Tql for better servicePlease beware!!!😡😤💯 PS I saw these messages from somebody on their team telling them to email this email address. I’ve attached what happens when you try to email this so-called email address this company ain’t nothing but a joke.😂😂 update after submitting this review I got a call from Nick if you get a call from this guy just hang up his goal is to get you riled up after you do this and start to cuss him out he’s going to tell you that He was trying to resolve your issue then he will try to get you to Take down your review claiming he will pay you whatever amount but it seems like a scam so he can record you and pretty much say you’re just a carrier trying to get extra money… Once I noticed this, I pressed my recording feature no more than two minutes later he stated that he’ll have someone else call me😂😂

Be aware they don’t pay detention just excuses. Specially when you run Room to go warehouse load. Manager Nick all the time said we working on it after 1 week they said sorry we can’t pay detention.

Disaster of a first time experience loading with Freight One. Horrendous communication between their dispatchers and our drivers. They committed to paying a schedule delay fee and stiffed our company for a flat rate instead. Would not advise any logistics providers to take a load from Freight One until you have your full rate signed in ink. We were foolish to take this broker at their word, won't happen again.

Helped me get some good prices on my loads and did a great job of communicating even when issues arise and are honest about what is going on with the drivers and with in their business, something that is not prevalent with some larger firms. Would recommend.

Great people to work with and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Never miss pick ups and always have a strong line of communication with clients and carriers. Box truck program unlike anyone else to really help be cost efficient

My load weight supposed to be 10k lbs, once loaded it was 32k lbs. I called and they said just haul it and we will adjust the rate with extra weight.
I never seen a dime for extra weight nor scale tickets.

I ran Freight for this company for months.I had two bad load because someone doesn't know the difference between a 26ft box truck and a 53ft dry van.I do not recommend,they are cheap and will do you wrong and report you on the 411 carrier list when they are wrong!
