Josh made two visits to our home, one for an inspection and another install a part. He was very professional, personable and informative. On his first visit, we had a minor issue he found and he let me know how much the part would cost as well as the price of installation. He came back about a week later, installed the part efficiently and quickly. He's welcome here anytime.

Today, our tech was Christopher H. He did an excellent job on the services we needed today which was a regular maintenance check. He made several recommendations to improve our service and thoroughly explained the options. Very personable. Although some of his work had to take place outside during a heavy storm he took care to minimize the impact when he came inside. Great job!

Installed during initial home construction in 1998, we wanted to replace the natural gas ignition system and add a forced air blower/fan on our two-sided gas fireplace. A family friend recommended Berico who we contacted in January 2024. A technician did an inspection, reviewed the information with me, and I agreed to a 50% deposit to a reasonable project cost. The blower/fan took one-month for delivery. After 3-months, I contacted Berico who scheduled the installation of the new system and fan the following week. They did apologize for the delay and lack of project updates. A different technician did the installation and all were polite and professional. Will wait till next winter to use but we test monthly to ensure operation. A 5 star review if not for the aforementioned delay.

Short wait time from the call asking for service til the repairman arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable and sorted out our issue and repaired it right away. He did check out the rest of the system and made improvements over and above expectations. We were very impressed. He explained everything. We were so impressed we purchased the annual service plan .

Our heating units and air condition units were serviced by Christopher. He took his time looking at all parts of the units and took pictures of what he found. He explained the functions and small deteriorations and made sure we understood what he discovered and how he fixed each one. He has a way of explaining his actions not being too technical. We understood what was going to happen down the road with our units because of age and working conditions.

June was very friendly and helpful in setting up my account, getting my maintenance appointment in order, and arranging for fuel delivery. The appointed maintenance technician was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My oil filter casing no longer leaks! It's nice to support a local company.

Were a 2nd generation Berico family. Our family has been using Berico for over 50 years. We always have outstanding customer service. Deliveries are on time and the Easy Pay feature is wonderful. Everyone from the technicians to the office staff is pleasant and responsive. They are the easiest company to work with that I've come across in years.
