Incredible customer service and product. My espresso machine went down and the same day that I called to see if they could help, they not only fixed my machine, but were extremely kind and professional. They have everything a coffee shop could need to succeed. Along with repairs, they roast delicious beans, offer high quality supplies, top of the line machines and grinders and other equipment, and anything else you could think of for making a great coffee. The technicians that worked on my machine were extremely knowledgeable. The warehouse was extremely clean and my machine breaking down ended up being a blessing in disguise because of the relationship I built with them. They now sell me cups and syrups and most other supplies that I need at my shop- all at a much better deal than I was paying before. I highly recommend going to Fortuna for anything coffee related.

Really exceptional espresso machine repair service! Jonathan and his team did an amazing job fixng my La Marzocco after an unfortunate accident. Provided clear communication and pictures of the machine as it was being fixed. By far the best service I've had during my time owning my machine. Hopefully it doesn't break again any time soon, but if it does, I'll be bringing it back here.

I just bought a Cimbali M26 from Fortuna at a price that was significantly less than my other local options. They were extremely helpful in finding me a machine tailored to the needs of my coffee truck. I can't speak highly enough of Fortuna, Nasi, and his team. White glove customer service is an understatement from them. I bought a KvW Speedster from Fortuna in 2017. They traveled 5+ hours to my home to install it. Fast forward 4 years later, and their team made two other 5 hr+ trips to my house to help me move it to a new one -- and to upgrade with an Idro-Matic. In the interim, they patientially answered all my questions.
