Unless you like helping a company make more money off of you, then I would not recommend this company. Top 3 biggest regrets of my life. They will take a copious amount of money from just because they can. Charging astronomical fees in this already bad economy for trucking. I had to pay like 3 different trailer fees, fees to use fuel card, multiple deposits- just fees, fees, fees. I couldn't afford to stay longer than 2 weeks with them. They will pick and choose when they will randomly charge you a new $250 fee for something else. Upon speaking with them, you feel like they are saying whatever. Like almost reading a script, and none of it makes sense. Even on my last check, they still took out trailer deposits, escrow, maintenance, and for what? Which left me with a negative settlement and now it looks like I owe them money when all they did was steal money from my check.

Traveloko will periodically have other people leave very misleading 5 star reviews just to keep their score from dipping down to what it should actually be. Beware.

I highly recommend leasing on with Traveloko! The staff is very helpful and supportive. They are upfront and honest about any costs involved, and are very progressive in the trucking industry. I currently have my own authority, but would definitely lease on with them again!

Traveloko is not a bad company but could be better. The only good thing is the dispatcher and owners. John was my dispatcher. He did a good job dispatching. By far the best dispatcher, I ever had. Trailer maintenance is bad here. Don't be surprised to spend money on trailer tires,brakes etc. Traveloko does not like paying taxes either. When you receive your 1099 at the end of the it's going to be for the whole 100% of the loads you booked!!!! It's supposed to be 85% percent. Just think how much money that is!!!!!

They scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. If I could give -5 stars I would. The biggest mistake I ever made coming here. I should have known something was fishy with them when you literally cannot find any good information on them. Just all type of crazy charges, that makes absolutely no sense. They purposefully make things complicated so you can't understand what money is being taken from you. They have not tried to resolve anything for me, still took majority of my escrow/deposits, that I did not agree to.

Been there 5 going on 6 years. Traveloko has been so amazing to me and my family. Plan on staying the next 15 years til I retire. They have been a respectful and amazing family. We have Been so blessed to be a part of It. Such a great respectful partner ship.

This business is great and deserves more stars. But, I guess everyone will have their own opinion, whether you like it or not. Therefore, in my opinion, I agree/disagree strongly with some of these reviews. Traveloko has always been a true, honest, and transparent company that always tries to provide the best they can for everyone.

Traveloko is a great company, Daniel and I had our fuel card compromise and had to have it blocked .pushing forward we where still achieving getting fuel with an expressed code even on the weekend of a holiday. The family team at traveloko we all grove together. It’s amazing , we are so blessed . Thank you Eddie and Vanessa and the team for keeping us on the road!!
