Expects to get work done for free! An entire staff worked full time managing safety for Umid. I personally addressed every concern and question immediately for 10 months! Umid turned around and disputed 3 months of payments to us on work that was done! Does NOT send what is needed and blames others. Out of all the years I have been working in this industry, I've NEVER been as set back by an owner's unprofessionalism!
