The same as all the other drivers. Take longer than they should, lie to you saying "upper management is deciding if they want to ship or not", no facilities and make you wait in heat, put one or two pallets on truck then decide it's lunch time and make you wait. I wish there was some way companies like this would actually listen to these reviews and make corrections. It's sad they're not even trying to do that. Anyway drivers it would be nice if you can avoid this place but we can't. Best of luck.

This place was made for box trucks clearly tight back as well if you’re rookie don’t come here n also u need 3 straps they don’t sell here n u will scan a QR code to check in good luck

Truckers: super busy location. 4 + hrs wait. No restroom no facilities. Electronic check in. Be ready to be ignored and treated as a thief.

Load time was about normal, not fast or slow. The clerk was quick and not a long wait for door.reason for 3 stars. I should go lower, but it's not these people's fault. Samsung requires that all driver get a picture taken of them holding the BOL. Like, really? Now I got to get a mug shot taken of me to do my job. They already took my driver's license and license plate for truck and trailer along with the numbers. You really need my photo holding the BOL for what. To give to the police if I decide I want solar at my home. The load is heavyish and not loaded right. My destination required 41 ft from Kingpin to Tandem. When I scaled at 41ft, I was 34170 on tandems and 29000 on drives. They load this trailer front to back, and it makes for the worst drive ever on bumps. I ended up having to go to 44 ft about 31k to 33k, and still, every bump sent everything jumping for the roof. Be warned that if you're going to a state that's strict, you will not be able to get your tandems legal. It appears that there is no way you can load it differently either.

Loading Slow

I had a rather frustrating experience with the loading process at this establishment. Despite arriving at 8 AM for my scheduled 9 AM appointment, I ended up waiting until 5:45 PM to be-loaded. It was particularly inconvenient since the staff takes a lunch break from 12 PM to 1:30 PM, further delaying the process. Adding to the delay was the fact that they handle and load heavy solar panels and equipment. Overall, the loading time was disappointingly slow.

Slow to load and get a dock door and they secure the load but NOT good… damage to load on the rough roads must have at least 3 load straps but I suggest more also NO restroom for drivers!
Plenty of space for backing

Appointment was for 11 Am arrived at 10:50. I was put on a door by 12 noon. I was loaded and ready to pull out by 2:30 PM other than that. Everything went smoothly.
Must have ID to sign in.
