We actually had 3 units in this facility over 3 yrs. The security was wonderful, never having an issue. And the staff was VERY quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would def store again in this facility if needed.

Currently in legal proceedings to get my belongings. Owner doesnt keep up with her books and thinks if your a week late you have to pay extra months. I'm currently living in Arizona have always paid 2 months at a time and owner claims she called and text multiple times to inform me that there was a rate increase only problem is she was texting my mothers house number after repeatedly being told it couldn't receive text, being given a working contact number for myself and then she conveniently had the last number on my cell wrong even though she sent me pictures of my agreement that shows the correct number. So instead of being paid in full she claims I'm -$150 I'm attaching her math, you tell me where she got that math. I will mention that if your late she will put a lock on it and not take off after its paid, weeks at a time even. Some of her proof is a text message dated the day after my receipt shows I paid for 2 months informing me I was late, and it took her hours to send me a copy of her record keeping on my account which was literally a piece of notebook paper she scribbled out, including a note that she gave me a month free, a month that I have a receipt for. My payment has been $40 for almost 2 years and I have ALWAYS paid at least $50 so that way if anything ever happened I would be paid in advance, no not this business. That money was a tip apparently because there's no credit for it and I was never notified of a rate increase that took place the day After I called and paid for 2 months in advance. i know i cannot be the only one having these problems! If you need a unit go anywhere but here the staff are awesome and I've never had any issue with other than the fact they write down your card info when you make a payment over the phone but its literally my only option being 1500 miles away (they've had to call back hours later because they have been trying to run it and also dont always email receipts)

The lady with whom I some was very helpful and went out of her way to make getting the storage unit after closing time. The property is clean, convenient, and easy to find.

Cost a little more than I would have liked, $90 for a 10X20, but the management went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of even after hours and that speaks volumes.
