Arrived 0230 hours for 0500 appointment. I began the check-in process at 0400 using the call in number provided in the bullpen area. Now it's 0500 and NO ONE answers the phone. The bullpen is clogged with out ound drivers from the previous day. And during the time it took my to create this post and take the pictures I've still been trying to get through to the receiving office.

I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment which was at 8:00 a.m. checked in using the phone number that is used to check in and was given a dock right away, they started to unload me around 7:45 a.m. And was completed and departed the facility by 9:00. There is some truck parking out front. Use your discretion on what time you'll be arriving if you're looking to stay there. They have placed a porta potty out front which seemed to be clean. Everyone was polite and helpful.

Second location i been too. I advised you not to come here if you will sit here at least 6 to 8 hours. Also capstone is the lumper services so be prepared to pay a high lumper fee.

My experience here was really good. The contract security was helpful on arrival about checking for parking before yo drive in a cause a traffic problem. You call a number 30 minutes prior to appointment and they give you a door assignment. You back in doors closed take your paperwork in and wait in your truck. It’s Capstone lumpers so it’s online payment. Everyone there was professional and courteous. Parking is limited to about 15 spaces.

10am appointment, door at 1pm and unloaded at 3pm. Not fast but nice people. Call to check in. Someone posted a picture it ends with a 26 number. And delivery number should be 45 at least it was for me. Oh and reason for late door was they were full at 10am, day before Thanksgiving so maybe u might have better luck outside of holiday

Absolutely hate delivering here. You are supposed to call before entering the gate, half the drivers don't do that so it backs everything up. The most annoying part is that I start to call half an hour before my appointment time and literally spend 30/45 minutes redialing their receiving department to get a door assignment. Inefficient, and ignorant check in process.

Horrible experience everytime , the only positive is that they have parking. You can never get someone to answer the phone. Called a minimum of 20 times . Go through the gate to check in door. To be met by a rude lady at the window. Saying I need to go back out and call first we have been calling you don’t answer. We are well past the appointment time . (I have had them say a load was late my very first time here bc I couldn’t get them to answer which is why I didn’t trust to just keep calling the line ). Ridiculous the attitude and disorganization.

To offer a solution since you now have security riding around . Why not do like your other locations that are better organized and have security take down people name , number and po number . As they come in or at 4:00 until you open so that when you all come in a 4:40 as you say you have a list of who to check in and call . So you don’t have drivers pulling in unnecessarily through your gate bc they know they are at least checked in since answering the phone is problematic for one person to do and the check out person has nothing at all to do who could also be helping her answer until they at least get some trucks unload to check out.

I truly never seen a delivery driver not back up completely especially when there’s ample room and space to do so. Finally, gets in the truck and takes his precious time to move. Arrogance is one hell of a thing as well as a lack of professionalism. He precedes with an attitude of oh go around . That explains why the front of your truck is probably damaged. Drivers can’t drive . Using best judgment ,do you think that’s ample room for my vehicle to fit through? Pure stupidity. Yesterday in the plaza with the closed down sonics.
