I wouldn’t recommend this storage business. It was literally the worst one I have ever experienced. The roof leaked and it got on my brand new dresser and LG flatscreen. My furniture was brand new that was never used that I had to store because we just bought a house that we are redoing the floors in so we needed to put it in storage and the rats chewed holes in my loveseat!! The owner never went to see if the leaks were fixed when I told him about them and when I replied that they wasn’t he never offered me another unit just that he would send someone else back to try and fix it. He was very rude to my fiancé when he came in with me because I felt as if I was getting the push over being a female and all. I don’t recommend this business at the least..

I'm also modifying my statement because I just seen where the owners replied to my review. Saying I have a mental problem and that I'm making up lies have me laughing. I have pictures of when I went to check on my things and the roof was leaking all over my stuff and you can clearly see from the ratings that this place has that my experience along with others that have rented from them have dealt with the same thing. Just cause you can't handle a bad review and you want to hop on here and make a ugly comment towards me just justifies you as a whole. Go ahead and make yourself look bad as well as your company. Suits you, it really does. This has been 5+ years ago. So with that being said I hope you and your company have the day you deserve.

I also will be posting my pictures that I took upon putting my stuff in the unit along with putting pictures of the water coming through the ceiling onto my belongings. I also have pictures and videos of the way i left it. He doesnt honer the contract about deposits. He has done several others the same way and makes up some excuse not to give your money back even tho all things have been met on your end. Video proof of water physical coming from the ceiling. And recordings of interactions with staff. It hilarious how the owner gets on here and says that the bad reviews are fake. Pictures and videos to be added when I get off work!

DONT RENT FROM THIS GUY!! He will find a way to cost you $$. He did not honor the 10 day move out notice in the CONTRACT and stole my security deposit.

Owner is hateful and rude. Said unit didn't leak. That was a complete lie. Tons of stuff ruined. Reserved the unit on a Sunday afternoon. Owner called to confirm Sunday night. Monday morning by 11am the unit was already rented. I had it reserved. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

I would just like to share my experience with this storage rental service. I recently got an apartment in Rogersville, and needed the unit to hold some larger pieces of furniture until I was able to move in. From the beginning, I was forced to deal with very rude employees, of whom were not helpful in any manner. One specific employee simply skimmed over the contract with me instead of properly explaining it, and pressured me into signing it without giving me the opportunity to read over it entirely so that I would know what I was signing. After I signed the contract, she very quickly rushed me out of the building, and half-heartedly showed me the storage units. These storage units are nothing short of disgusting. They are infested with multiple types of insects, and most likely rats as well! I found evidence of rats in several of the boxes I put in the unit. Then, after I moved my belongings out of the unit, I went back to the main store to notify them that I was no longer in need of the unit. The woman at the counter looked at me like I was an idiot, and implied that my business was not important due to the fact that I only needed the unit for approximately one month, even though I previously told her that was how long I would need the unit. She also told me that I did not give a proper notice of my vacating of the unit, despite the facts that I told her I would only need it for one month, that she never told me I was supposed to give a proper notice, nor did she give me the opportunity to read over the contract properly. She then asked me the number of the unit I was using (7), and when I told her she once again gave me a very dirty look before pulling out her book of customers, and marked my name off of the list. She then, in a very hateful tone, told me they would "go look at the unit to make sure it was cleaned properly." I later recieved a letter in the mail stating that I would not be receiving my deposit due to me not "giving a notice" despite the issues stated above, and that it was "not properly cleaned" even though I swept it out as I was told to do. I left the unit in a much cleaner state than I found it, and I feel I was wronged for not receiving my deposit back despite the multiple issues I endured during my usage of the unit. I highly recommend NOT going with Rogersville Mini Storage. They are disgusting units, who are owned and operated by very rude and unprofessional individuals.

The owner is a complete ripoff! i put only a few things in the unit! nothing that would have left any kind of dirt or dust i had the unit for 2 months! I called and left a message with my name and number 10 days before i was vacating! swept the place out took my few things and left! i get a letter in the mail saying i didnt clean the place out! Bama clines is a ripoff! I hope that $40 was worth your time im filing a complaint with the Judge on friday its not the $ its the principle! YOU CANT KEEP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! I will retain a lawyer also and when its over with you will be paying all the legal fees and my time off work!
