Loved using this location for its convenient location until the owners decided to tell me that my packages didn’t feel like what they were supposed to feel like. I’m a college student making extra money by thrifting online, and they’re discriminating against me probably because I have a full sleeve of tattoos. I told them if my packages were concerning then they’re more than welcome to open them, considering I do not generate shipping labels myself (the online thrifting company does). Sad to say I won’t be back. I’ll have to find a post office that will allow me to ship packages regardless of how they “feel” ….. a pair of shoes shouldn’t be concerning.

The last packages I mailed from this vendor took a ridiculous amount of time to be delivered (the first ones two weeks) and the second one I mailed on Sept 6th still hasn't arrived at its destination. I was told both times they were shipped priority mail. Both times I have complained to the po about them not getting to their destination I have been told they were NOT marked priority mail in the system. Will not be using her or usps again. UPS will get my package business from now on.

I love this convenient postal location. The lady that runs it is extremely helpful. She will try to help you send your package the most economical way possible. Very nice and helpful. I don't understand the negative reviews. I've used this location since I found it about 6 months ago (I'm new to the area) and I won't go downtown any longer. You get a much more personable experience here. It is a little inconvenient that they don't accept cards but it isn't that big of a deal. We rely on our cards too much anyway. It won't hurt you to have some real money in your hands! If it means that much take that long drive all the way downtown, wait in a long line and pay double to send something out! I'll be waiting in a shorter line and actually being assisted by someone who actually wants to help me!

Associate was extremely rude and seemed bothered that I came in…
Don’t bother asking about paying with anything other than cash. She said “go downtown “! So I suggest bypassing this place.

This is a great post office with the best customer service. It's true is doesn't take cards but that is the decision of the main office. There are several signs that say that the first scan will be made in Jacksonville that evening. The lady does ask questions but only to direct you to the most economical way to sent the package. Great service !

One star is too many for this sad excuse of an establishment. I was harassed by the woman at the counter who was asking me extremely rude, unprofessional and inappropriate questions. She was incredibly rude AND didn't even do her job. She didn't even scan my package despite having 6 hours to do so and instead closed without doing the simple task. She accused me of intent to steal boxes when I asked her is she had an additional box size for the boxes that are FREE with the shipping. Obviously if I could afford to send a box for a mere $5 I could send another. Avoid this location at all costs or if you have no option be sure to take your complaints to management as well!
