Rotary Corporation is a great company the ladies that answer the phone in George are very nice very helpful and they always take all the time needed . I use over 60 parts vendors with commercial accounts. I'm an authorized dealer with several of the big name wholesalers, Rotary being one of them. Rotary cooperation gets parts orders out FAST and near flawlessly every time. On the few occasions there have been issues they were all handled promptly and with minimal effort on my end. Websites are user friendly and show valid availability ( no deceitful expensive long wait back orders) Sales reps and staff have always been helpful. I made the mistake of using a similar type vendor that unexpectedly dropped my dealer discounts due to being under a minimum purchase amount for the previous year costing me hundreds and doing my best not to spill over to my customers. Ill be back to using rotary more often again. I never should have stopped.

They stand behind their products 100% and they don't treat your business poorly if you don't spend millions with them unlike their competitor Stens. Stens dropped my small shop as a dealer for not spending enough money while Rotary calls me every month to see if there is anything they can do to help my business. They are always willing to help and always in your corner!
