I think reviews are true on many carriers.. Always people in office messing up truck companies.. I know because I had 7 short jobs over past 3 years.
DOT should shut down all messed up carriers.
I called this company 4 times to check on app and got no response.. I emailed Ara Matthews like 7 times last week about my application and I was ignored.. Only take one day to look at applications. Don't take 8 days to call a person back or email..
Got a clean license and clean PSP.. I still did not get accepted for a job.. Good because I read reviews and I can see a lot of folks talked bad about office team.

I’ve been trying to contact the safety and Human Resources department to file a complaint on a drive for an incident that occurred in Texas. Made several attempts to contact someone at this buisness and could not reach anyone. That speaks a lot about this company.

Unfortunately ZERO STARSis not an option. We have nothing to show for full payment that was $1,5000 higher than the next bid but promised to sail on 2-16-18. Today’s date is 2-20-18, but our equipment won’t sail now until 2-28/29-18.
Seth, originally quoted and arranged logistics to their Houston warehouse for further shipment to my client in Manila. Seth is now Branch Mgr. to Atlanta. For weeks Seth quoted rates and dates for several weeks. I received another Quote that was $1,500 cheaper than the rate we received from Tranco Global and Logistics. Seth promised if my client would wire the full payment and it was received the next banking day by Tranco, Seth promised to get two flatbed half loads, 1-from JAX. Fl. and 1- from Bellville, Tx delivered to Houston Texas. Both loads were in Tranco’s warehouse on Wednesday afternoon on 2-14-18 and at this point Seth told me the equipment would positively make the next sailing, but at this point Seth then said the next sailing wouldn’t be until Tuesday 2-20-18.

Seth also added that there could be a possibility that if the shipping company got a large order of 100 containers and there was no room for our container it would get bumped to the next sailing, but that’s not likely to happen.

When Friday came around Seth let me know that the container was being brought over Friday afternoon around 2:45 Houston time.

My client and I were angry that Seth and his warehouse had not loaded the two pieces of equipment into the container nor blocked and braced them. Even at 2:45pm Houston time Seth assured me that even if the container didn’t get loaded that afternoon it would still make the sailing on Tuesday 2-20-18.
On Monday my client in Manila got a BOL that said the equipment got bumped because the ship was full and there was a holiday on Monday. My client called me immediately to get this clear from Seth since Seth promised him and myself, that even though the equipment was there Wed. 2-14 and might not get loaded into the container until Monday, Seth never said the ship was full but instead even as late as Friday afternoon, 2-16-18, he promised it would sail on Tuesday 2-20-18.

It is clear that Seth wanted control of our trucking by stating on Friday 2-9-18 he had to have the power of Attorney and the funds in full by no latter than Tuesday 2-13-18 we would catch the next sailing. My client had all of that done by the end of banking on 2-12-18.

The other quote was $1,500 cheaper but could not be 100% sure he could catch the sailing on 2-16-18 but he could have the freight there on Wed afternoon. I even got freight quotes $1,500 less than Seth but I couldn’t guaranty they would get there earlier than late Wed.

That is the only reason anyone would pay $1,500 more for the same exact service.

Now Seth and his Manager Abraham “Abe” refuse to discuss my clients business as it relates to their services.
Abe even told me if I continued trying to discuss my clients business with them he would have to report me.
I welcomed any authorities that had rules or regulations concerning his services and contact with me. Seth was communicating times, dates, costs, etc... up through 8pm Monday 2-19-18.

So any rules or regulations that I could be breaking, SETH and Tranco have also broken.

I will say Seth worked very hard to get me and my clients business but once they received POS and Wire Transfer, we were mislead in daily contacts from 2-9-18 through 2-19-18, the day before the second sailing that has been bumped to 2-28/29-18....

My client is afraid they have taken his equipment.

It would only be fair to give my client the $1,500 extra that we were charged to guaranty a sailing of 2-16-18 to now sailing 2-28/29-18, they won’t clarify anything with me at this point.

I made offered to negotiate a satisfactory outcome for both parties but I was turned down.

DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOUR CONTAINER HAS ALREADY SET SAIL, AND THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN PRESENTED TO YOU !!!

Well I'm doing the legal speed limit maybe a little over still not good enough for you dangerous life threatening driver mind you I have a 3yr old an 6month old in the back seat if I put on my break or let off the gas we're dead all because this company's poor quality of drivers poor business decisions on their part I'm just extremely lucky I was able to wave the idiot around us before he killed me an my babies I have video proof an I will be filing a complaint with whoever need be to get drivers like him off the road.. because obviously call the company giving a truck number hearing the fake concern for my children's safety was pointless you said you had him pulled up on your computer but didn't pull him off the road why?.... obviously to concerned about your bottom line

Driver ran me off the road intentionally. Is this how they run their business? Driver intentionally pushed me onto the shoulder and into the grass in a construction zone. Wouldn’t do business with a company that condones this kind of behavior from it’s drivers.

Tranco came through in the clutch when the cross-country hauler failed to deliver the shipment to them until AFTER the due date. Ernie pulled out all stops to ensure that our order for medical equipment arrived in the nick of time for a scheduled procedure. Big thanks to Ernie for making this happen, and to Tranco for employing can-do staff, and supporting them with the ability to do an outstanding job!

There is no a way to choose 0 (zero) star, ( they Are ZERO) the man who working in shipping and receiving is so rude and mean, Never take load for them
