I rented a unit and gave them a week and a halfs notice and after I moved out they said I never called so they picked a move out date and continued to charge me rent when I have absolutely nothing in the unit... They do bad business! I don't recommend them at all!

DO NOT RENT HERE! My valuables were stolen not even a month after moving in. The lock they provided was not even busted, so very high chance this was an inside job. Even if you use your own lock YOU ARE NOT SAFE. Check other reviews.

*Update 12-9-22: It has now been 5 weeks since I rented the unit. I was able to get them to cancel my account, but I still have not received a refund for the $149 I spent. And I have never received any communication from the management. I have submitted a complaint to the Georgia
Department of Law's Consumer
Protection Division.

I rented a unit via the website on 11-4-22 & paid for the first month plus deposit and setup fee. I got a confirmation & gate code via email. I went the first day to access my unit but the gate wouldn't open. I called them but got what sounds like a call center. I was told they would contact the manager & call me back but they didn't. I called again & again over a 9 day period of time and each time, I got the call center & they said they would contact the manager & call me back but I still haven't received any contact. I definitely would not recommend this storage facility. It's worth the extra money to go to a place that has an actual person there during the day that you can speak to if you have any issues.

UPDATE: I went to move out today and half my stuff was ruined by rats and the other half was covered in droppings. DO NOT RENT HERE!

This is a good unit for a good price. However, any time I have made a late payment, I've had to call every day for two weeks to get the lock off once my account was paid in full. The last time I made a late payment, I went to my unit two months later, and the lock was STILL on. Why am I paying for time that I have no access to my belongings? It's very frustrating.

I have had a storage a this location for over a year.. it infested with roaches and rats. I had my unit broken into they cut my lock and replaced with their lock. The stole a lot of my valuable things. I have called the number listed and ask to speak to owner several times with no retuned call as of yet. This is the worst storage I have ever rent.. I'm scare to even keep my things because I don't want to take roaches and rats to my home...If I could give the a 0 I would.

V owner is extremely rude and non-understanding I was removed from the storage facility due to a break-in that was down from my unit and I was accused of being a participant in this break-in when having nothing to do with the situation at all. I cooperated as much as possible with the owner he made verbal contracts with me in front of police and broke them. The whole situation was horrible and I would not recommend using the storage units to anyone period on the contrary the maintenance man was extremely helpful and the facility itself was fairly well kept but I stated the owner who interjects himself into every aspect of your storage and what you're doing locked me out of my unit threatened me and forced me to move my things in less than 24 hours because of false pretense and judging me for the vehicle that I had had a wreck in very much prejudice against people of low income so I don't recommend this place as long as the owner has anything to do with the units themselves.

Seems a ok storage. Haven't seen mice or bugs. Police may sit there at times as well, good thing. I wonder if the cameras work there a personal question. They do insurance, a plus. Gate issues but are being fixed. Why I don't 5 star, I wish there was a easier way without a vehicle to get in and out of the storage area. I've rented a unit for about a year no payment issues. It seems ok ask questions tho, like camera, mice control. I add my own perfection incase.

Little to late. I was told i had a job keeping the property up, keeping clean and any necessary work as needed. Then all of asudden , mr. Kenny started being wishywashy as to our agreement and as time went on there eas no communication about any work for me and ultimately i was told i had to get out , said ig wasnt him making me move but ," investors" wanted to know why the unit that iv had and did pay rent for,was not listed as available..well when thes people took over the property i was told free unit in exchange for my work on property..actually it was only work for me untill they could get settled in and then they didnt need me ,i was plainly led to beliebe one thing ,used and lied to about a position there , only till they got a handle on there affairs there then there was attitudes and ultimately to i had about a week to get my stuff out or in mr. Kennys words ," i have no problem taking you stuff to the landfill .....
I paid my rent onmy unit # 86 for over 6 months then these new owners came in and used me with the incentive of free storage for my work ..mr .kenny was good to me in the begginig but im not sure if hes on the up and up nor do i believe he ever had any intention of me being the property helper , i was just plainly led to believe in something that was never gona be ..Im disabled and finances stay tight with me only getting 700 a month so i was thrilled to have the opprotunity only to be shot down and forced to move ..
Iv spent 300 to get a truck and rent another storage becouse i wasnt even given the option to pay rent again onthis property..thats wrong and i feel i was treated unfairly in the end when the end was abrupt and immediate for me to get my stuff out.
I think mr. Kenny is not stable and we had a couple of disagreements that from him escalated to the point of him ,for no reason telling me to get my stuff out or he had no problem with hauling it to the dump..i believe this company to be very inconsistant and could cause major problems with anyone renting a storage unit with these people..they dont care that it cost me a truck rental fee and physically im beat up from having to move and then having to take time to move and the cost involved ,...when , there was no real reason or lagit reason for my removal other that greed and they were thru using me.
Bottom line i wish i could do something about the using of a disabled person on limited income ,the thowing them out in the wind with no real reason. Be careful with this place and the owners , shysters.
