Extreme pricing increases over the past year. From $75 to $191. I can barely afford the unit now. I've had to switch units due to the ceiling caving in, the new unit also caved in. I gave up trying to save my stuff, I've lost over 5 grand in belongings. They are of no help when it happens, just offer a new unit IF they have one available.

The storage unit we rented was in a location that was in a sketchy location. It was impossible to get a moving truck up the hill. However, once you got into the building, the storage units stayed much cleaner than one of those with no climate control. The items in the unit did not get dusty and there were no pests for the four years that we used it.

Interior units are moderately conditioned, and accessible. The facility is usually clean as well. It can be difficult to access the facility due to steep entry and exit points. Keypad access to building has some issues from time to time and can require a few days to restore access. For this facility rental rate is reasonable and competitive.

Very professional and extremely helpful. I had to switch starting dates a few times and they were understanding and extremely helpful. Chris Lorenz went above and beyond helping me find the location and size of storage that would be best suited for my needs. I’ve had the unit for a little over a year and the price for the unit increased three times and no one is ever available to answer your call in regards to anything! You have to leave messages and sometimes wait days to get a response. The items left in the unit were safe, but definitely didn’t smell well.

Experienced large price increases with this company in just over two years of renting a unit. Price when we started renting was $60 per month. It was about to go to $99 per month in December. Enough said.
