If I was able to rate higher I would. I've held a unit with this location for a little over 2 years now and have nothing but great things to say. The man running this location has also been amazing and one time even saw me on the cameras outside at midnight and drove from his house to the location to let in the gates and grab something I desperately needed. This was my first interaction with the man and ever since I have had an extremely pleasant experience.

We arrived shortly before closing, but Greg was very friendly and accommodating. He took us to look at the unit we were interested in, went over all the information and had us ready to go quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the service, the unit and the price.

Update: We have been very happy with Free-Up Storage. They have made everything so easy for us. They have nice, clean storage rooms at great prices!! We are so happy with their service, we rented a 2nd unit! Move here with confidence!!

I had to switch storage units recently due to continuous price hikes and accessibility issues (it was on the second floor and had no elevator or ramp for people with disabilities). I asked about pricing via text after hours and Greg promptly responded that following morning. He is exceptionally kind and helpful both over the phone and in person. When I came to check out the unit, the employee working with him was just as wonderful. The facility itself is extremely clean, well maintained, and feels very safe/secure. Highly recommended!
