They are shysters. My dispatch got a load from this company picking up at Pilgrims in Douglas, GA for a 12pm pick up. We got checked in @11:30am. They called once to see if we were loaded we said we were not and a little later got a door. We have been here at the pickup for over 9 hours with them doing nothing. They want us to get to a delivery on time when we sit here at the pickup for this long. Waist of our money and time. They even updated the macro point system to say we departed when we didn’t even though we didn’t. Then they blamed me for changing the status which I didn’t even touch. Don’t work with this company.!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!!!, WE BOOKED A LOAD with them they kept the driver for 9 hours and Matt Johnson claims he is the owner using derogatory language and cursing. They are very rude to drivers who make it possible for them to make money.
They make upto $500 from shippers and they dont pay carriers there dues

Terrible company to work with. Was contracted to haul cardboard. Specifically asked if it was recycled goods that would be wet and messy. Was told no - clean dry product. When we arrived at the shipper it was a recycling yard and our bales were sitting in the rain in a huge puddle of muck. Called Carlos back and asked why he lied to us. Talked in circles and had no defense. I told them we would be billing for TONU as they were not up front regarding the load. They denied payment and we are now filing on their bond. Stay away from these clowns!!

We do work with GTO and they are usually very on point . They pay very good but also they will charge if you are late or something which is very fair they pay but they expect quality on their service . Today it was different experience . We booked a load with Gabriel Carillo at 1:50 pm that day and he told us that the truck needs to be at pick up at 3 pm and also told us that he will call the and give the driver the pick up number . We got the rate con right away and we momentarily dispatched the driver. After 35 mins Gabriel called back and told us that they are taking us from the load(probably double booked) and we asked for TONU which he refused since he didnt gave the driver the pick up number . We asked to talk to a manager and we spoke to Jeff and Will i think were the names and here was the worst . They were very arrogant and abusive and threatened us that they will only send us TONU if they put us on block at GTO which we refused and the worst thing is we cant do anything about ..in general we have a good experience with GTO those 3 brokers are not the entire brokerage ..

They do not use the dispatcher phone number and call/text the driver non stop instead. They even called me at 3:54 a.m.! They also force drivers to download the macro point. The macro point gives them all the information they need to know, but yet they call and text constantly anyway.

Wonderful company to work with. I love working with Claudio and Landon! They made my day every single day. Always load my trucks whenever I ask for one. Very flexible and understanding. Love these guys, they're the bomb !! 😉

If i could, I would give this company 0 STARS.
This is the most UNPROFFESIONAL company we have ever attempted to do business with. Every single load we book with them, ends up being cancelled. My driver dead headed 400 miles to pick up a load for this company and when we called for a pick up # the lady we booked the load with (Alba Mejia) stated the The load is cancelled. When we asked for a truck order not used to componsate the driver for his wasted time/miles she laughed and hung up.
DO NOT book loads with this company!!!!!
Not sure how they are still in business.

I hauled a load for these idiots and everything is screwed up . They don't have the correct pick up number. Then they bother you until the next problem comes up at the receiver (incorrect numbers) . Then I sit at the receiver for 8hrs because they shipment of products don't match up with is to be received so now I sit and wait until they try to figure it out. Bottom line is don't haul for these morons
