Terrible management. Only M10 in the southeast (fromHeidelburg Quarry bought thru Simpson trucking) that won’t compact no matter what you do, even when you follow everything remedial Jeff Redmond of Heidelburg quarry said to do and even after we got soil engineers to try to fix it.
The whole time Adam Roberts of Simpson trucking tried to blame the construction people, then he tried to blame me etc. Etc. Refused to take responsibility. Then Heidelburg gave the money back to Simpson to refund the cost to me and Simpson didn’t pay up. They kept the money.
Adam Roberts did not treat us fair. We didn’t even ask for transportation cost back just the cost of the M10. Heidelburg refunded to Simpson and Simpson kept the money. We were asking for fairness and we got ripped off.
Simpson trucking is terrible.

They're doing construction out on 129 and hit a power line that caused everything electrical in my house to fry and they refuse to help with the damages.

Do you all even know what you are doing. You guys have been working on 129 from Jefferson to Gainesville for, I don't know, what seems like FOREVER and you are still no where near being finished. I would have fired your company a long time ago and got brought some other company in that knows what to do. For goodness sake, GET IT DONE ALREADY. You all stand around with your hands in your pockets, talking more than I see you working.

A very reliable and capable company. They can do what you need done at a level as most corporate chains would but still have the characteristics of a family-owned business.
