We have been trying to collect a payment for load we hauled almost 5 months ago and we still can’t get paid yet due to their unprofessional customer service. This load was hauled November and now it’s almost April. Stay away from this company

This company will not pay their carriers and will not answer the phone. Very unprofessional will not send updated rate confirmation. I am currently trying to collect money from 2023. Do not work with this company.

This broker books you on a shipment and then doesn't even have the audacity to call you back and let you know that in fact this will be a no go. Broker supposedly stepped out, his coworker answered the phone and let us know that the shipment was a no go after we waited 2hrs for the confirmation... We tried calling the broker and left voicemails, but they didn't call us back. Very unprofessional. Thank you for wasting our time. We will not be working with this broker.

We booked 2 loads with this company within 2 years and both were cancelled on us in the day of loaded. No wonder they have so bad reviews.
Unless you book your truck for fun only and you don't care they will cancel your load, better stay away.

Payment is really slow with this broker. I'm past 30days on some and almost 45days on others. Then being told the check is in the mail. Gonna have to report this as slow pay to DAT and other outlets.

My driver held at shipper for over 14 hours and this people refused to pay for detention after agreeing to pay, do not work with this people, they do not value drivers time. They are unprofessional and disrespectful.
