My appointment to get loaded was on 04/08/2025 @ 1000am. I called the number to check in at 0950. I got a door right away. I was loaded 39k of sugar right away. I had signed papers in hand and was off property at 1110am. Literally just over an hour from start to finish. I would definitely come back here no questions asked!! Super fast. Super friendly. Zero issues. Tons of overnight parking on the street.

Very bad company, no coordination between management and employees for loading, they live in drama and lie to you and tell you that the broker did not complete his papers and when you go to the broker they tell him that the materials are being prepared for loading and you are surprised when the loading is done and it is one material, the process does not take 30 minutes you are delayed for 4 hours. There are no bathrooms suitable for humans and truck drivers. Unfortunately there is no supervision over such companies. I do not recommend working with such a company. I see any change in the success of new emerging companies, such companies with a bad reputation, work and dealings will disappear.

They rejected my trailer because it was wet because of the rain. Every other truck got loaded who had the same problem as me. I don’t know why they didn’t load me? I did my best to dry it off with blower and tried to convince them to inspect it again. But the manager didn’t listen. Later on I found out, their own warehouse is filled water and it’s puddle under the pallets. Look at the video and pictures. Compared with my trailer and their warehouse. So ridiculous. Question that site manager. (Adam Estrada) And inspect the warehouse building.

Drivers avoid.. worst place to pick up from, Arrived 0930, out of dock 1500, 1730 still waiting on paperwork.... Lazy.. about 20 trucks lined up down the road waiting for a dock, 4 of us parked at entrance waiting for bills...

Update: Got loaded here and aging more of the same, only this time they loaded sugar that was busted. Told me to go to the shipping office and noone wants to come to the door... what a joke this place is, absolutely rediculous.

Went for a pickup. Check-in process is done by phone. You’ll receive a txt giving you a door once things are confirmed. As well as another when you’re finished. There’s electronic paperwork to sign. Then they will give you a print out and seal once you’ve finished with everything. Make sure your trailer is clean with no leaks or holes in the floor or you’ll just be wasting your time. Main thing I didn’t like is they put the buyers address as the shipping address instead of where it’s actually going. That’s something they need to work on. Also had to slide the trailer axel a bit being that the load was stretched out too much. Didn’t take long to get loaded

Pick up took 6 and half hours arrived at 11am for 12 o'clock Pick up told us to call back 10 minutes before appointment time to check in did that waited an hour for a door girl bangs on your trailer with a metal pipe when done being loaded NOT COOL told us to get off the door and wait for paper work got a txt saying go back on the door to check to see if they loaded the right product which the DID NOT trailer had to be unloaded and reloaded and wait until she banged on the trailer with her metal pipe again NOT Cool what is wrong with people get down knock on the door and do your job right

Two different experiences. Had to deliver and pickup on the same day. Delivery was smooth, gave me a dock right away and was done in about 45 minutes. My pickup was scheduled at 10:00 AM and it’s 2:00 PM and they’re now just getting started smh🤦🏾‍♂️
