The opening hours on Google Maps are incorrect; their real hours are 7 AM to 4 PM. If you arrive at 3:30 PM, the shipper won't load your trailer. They won’t understand your situation, and for loading the next day, they’ll charge an extra $200. Totally heartless workers.

Descent enough place to deliver. It would get 4 stars if they didn't have their empty connex trailers lining the fence. It makes it quite snug trying to back into the dock.

Building is incomplete but is being used, shipping time was 12 to 5 with at least 5 JB Hunt trailers in doors but some how its was a 3hr wait, word to the wise have a load bar after delivering in KY open the door to this only had load straps but load was loaded to the door so couldn't use them

The guy at the receiving window was an ass, first and last time delivering here what ever you do don't be late for your appointment not even 5 minutes unless you want to hear all about how you're basically screwing up their day. The only reason why I give it 3 stars is the guy unloading was very nice and got it done in under an hour.

Drivers be aware of this place, we got in at 12pm and they needed hour and a half to figure out what is going on with the load and then get approval if they can load a flatbed.After all of that running around they finally stared loading us but that was not the end of it. They told us to strap the load and they will give us the paperwork,we did so but that was not enough, they said that we need to tarp the load too so they can give us the paperwork. We did that too but still didn't get anything...Lost 4 and half hours at this place with no detention and on top of it all they told me that they are not sure if the receiver will unload me ( after we were loaded ) if not we had to unload the truck by ourselves..I do not recommend doing business with this company. 1/5 would not go here again.

This place is a freaking joke, they had me at the wrong building in a door for 2 hours, only to tell me that I’m at the wrong building & needed to follow them to the correct location & re-sign-in... then they tell me to back in to any door between 61 & 69 so I back into one of them. Sit for another 15 min. Someone comes & knocks on my door & states that if I wanted to be loaded then I would have to move to door 62... I’ve been to 3 different doors & still not loaded... do not come here!!!

Worst warehouse ever, they had trucks waiting for 8 h to get loaded and they didn't really care, messing around, chatting between them, also truck drivers waited for 2 h just to get their paperwork!! they wouldn't pay any detention for 8 h wait!!
