Read the reviews and thought “great it’s going to be one of those days” put on my best smile and best attitude and… it was a great day, check in was easy, the lady that checked me in was pleasant, there is a guy guiding where to park and he was very nice as well. It didn’t take long for them to get me a door, and they loaded pretty fast. Just be mindful where you park to go check in or check out, it’s one trailer out another in at the same dock, it’s tight not much room. They have restroom.

Long wait times to get loaded or unloaded. Expect to stay 8-12 hours. And sometimes they assign you a dock and after being in dock for like 4 hours, tell you they can't load you and ask you to leave. If you know you are going to be late, don't bother coming because the lady in the office will cancel the load on you. She is very rude and has zero customer service skills. I will make sure I never take a load coming to or going out of this place. If y'all drivers do the same, they will improve BIGLY

The lady that does the paperwork dosent show up till 9:30 am so u can get there early but they not gonna do nothing but look at u and wait till she gets in

Drop/hook. Very nice place. Friendly staff. Easier, if turning right off Telfair, to use 3rd driveway. Cycle up driver door has a sign on the right end of building. I was in and out in 20 minutes and a day early for pickup. 20 stars ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
