Terrible service.
On hold twice for over 10 minutes and then hung up on. Called back for a third time placed on hold again with no answers.
Not something you experience with a decent parts department. I suggest using ww Williams, vanguard, mhc or anyone over this place.

Very rude staff at TruckPro. Not really sure how they stay in business with such mean and rude people working at this location. They are no help to shoppers or when you have a question. If you have another option for your shopping then pick another place. I would not recommend patronizing this store. Please exercise your other options to shop. Just not at TruckPro! If I could pick zero stars I would.

This place is too small .I don't like the table in the front with the tape.they want you to order from there and its just unnecessary.then you feel unattended
