Trash all over the parking lot, grass and weeds 2 feet tall. Lights falling off of the building. Management is off site and next to impossible to contact unless you want to wait around for 3 hours. If you mention any of these problems you will be promptly disconnected while on the phone.

The place is absolutely awful, 3rd time they have changed management and the website and phone numbers have changed so having no way to pay for almost 2 months, I finally get an email June 21st saying they are changing management yet again on the 28th of July… been calling to make payment but no one will take payment unless I talk to property manager, I’m being told I will get a call back from so called property manager but this is 2nd week and still haven’t been able to access my unit since May. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Also it’s been broken into multiple times and nothing has been done about it.

This place is the WORST! They change your locks to the unit & don't tell anybody. You go to get something out and can't because they changed locks. NOBODY is ever anywhere around to help. This is the 3rd time we can't get OUR stuff out of OUR unit we pay for because they change the door codes & don't update you. Don't waste your time calling them either, they will give you the run around. 5+ days (if lucky) Like all of us have ALL day to get stuff out of OUR unit WE pay for. What a joke! Even little kids could run a company better than this.

I Reported that someone tried to break in my unit on Thursday, this is Tuesday and they haven't fixed it, they want me to take pics and asked if I had insurance, when they should have had it repaired by now. Not a very secure place to keep your things anymore. I've had my storage unit for 8 years and never a problem with the old owners, its changed hands about a year ago and I'm wondering if they even have a maintenance person.

Stuff has gone missing from my unit. I asked to see camera footage but no one will return my call. Spoke to office in Illinois but no one knows who owns these units !!! Only one gate is opened, can’t wait to get my stuff out.

If you have to make a payment online, forget it. Of course, you can't enter the facility anyway because they lock it without telling users the code. Do not use!!!!

Please note: The positive reviews at this location are 2+ years old. This property was sold to the current owners about 8 months back.
Any positive reviews do not apply to current management company.

For a period of about 90 days, I had two units at this storage facility. During that timeframe, my units were broken into three times. Local law enforcement willingly admits there have been multiple reports of property theft from this location over the last 6 months. The owners can't be bothered to take even the simplest steps to help keep your property safe - The gates are just for looks. They're never, ever locked. (Photos below).

This property is 100% unsecured at all times. As mentioned above, the gates are never locked, even at night. Anything the company tells you otherwise is a bold-faced lie. The property has next to zero lighting or visibility after dark and has no regular through-traffic from the street...(It dead ends against a mobile home park). There are zero security cameras anywhere at this location. It's pretty obvious the property was not designed for late-night accessibility and is supposed to be secured overnight. Honestly, it's laughable how easy it is to vandalize these units.

If you rent at this location, after your items are stolen, be prepared for a list of excuses from the property company:

- "You didn't use the right lock."
- "You didn't check on your units enough."
- "I don't care what your photo shows, this property is locked overnight."
- "We can't control if someone cuts one of the locks on the security gates."
- "Why didn't you have insurance?"
- "Go re-read your contract...we're not at fault."
- "We actually fired the security guard here."
- "What do you expect us to do? Sit in a crow's nest with a sniper rifle?"...(ACTUAL QUOTE from the property manager)

Photos below: At the time I had these storage units, the hours of operation were listed from 8:00AM - 6:00PM CST. Here are two photos of me sitting in front of the property well after the gates should have been locked. (7:55PM in one, 11:15PM in the other). Please be mindful - these photos were taken after I notified them about the theft of property AND notifying them the gates were not being locked at night. Simply put, they absolutely knew there was an ongoing problem and still made no effort to fix it.

I cannot stress enough. Please, please do not use this storage facility. You will lose anything of value in a matter of weeks. Photo #3 is all I have left.
