From the initial booking to the final drop-off, the team was organized, professional, and handled everything with care. If you are reading this review, look no further for a great moving team. The guys showed up as promised during their arrival window and jumped into unloading our TWO trucks full of some crazy and huge stuff. It took a lot longer than the original hours I had booked but they were committed to staying until it was done. I love that they do a final walkthrough to make sure I’m happy with the position of everything. I love that they took great care of our personal items. I love that they were friendly and polite and just plain fun to work with. At this moment I hope I never have to move again, but if I did, I’d pick Ox & Bull Logistics. They get the job done and they get it done right.

Showed up on time and friendly. However, during moving, they wedged a chair frame in a door and got it stuck to the point that they had to majorly dent the hardwood floors and the doorframe to get it out one way or the other (there was an alternative way with a bigger door frame that was equidistant). No apology was made during that despite incredibly obvious damage, reflecting their lack of care when moving. On unloading, more than 10,000 dollars worth of damage was noted (in addition to the hardwoods and door frame) as no moving blankets were utilized at all, despite being available and in the moving truck. Using basic moving principles, the damage could have been avoided.

Update: Followed the claim response as suggested below and have not heard a response. Highly recommend Bulldog Movers instead of this company (we were a multi-step move and they were incredible!!)
