Worts place… first small place tight parking spot for trucks. Second you have to pay for weight your trailer empty and loaded drive 2 miles away to do that. Third those people are terrible. Don’t treat you with respect. Don’t be here early for unloaded they don’t take you

If you can avoid this place they dont tell you they need a scale ticket till you get here and there is 0 space takes them hours to unload this is literally the worst place iv ever delivered they stack empty pallets right where they want you to back the trailers the other docks are filled with junk trash and debri would not recommend this place at all

These people aren’t as green as they would have you believe. First of all they want the driver to provide a loaded weight ticket and an empty weight ticket in order to be unloaded. They do not have on-sight scales which means we have to drive 2.5 miles down the street to the CAT scale which now makes this a third party delivery. Each ticket cost the driver $13.50. If you’re doing the math up to this point that’s an additional $27 fee incurred by the driver. But I’m not done. It’s a five mile round trip to the nearest CAT scale and when you calculate fuel economy and any idle time it’s going to burn about 1 gallon of fuel and the average price in the Atlanta area is currently about $4 a gallon bringing the total cost to the driver to about $31. But it gets worse. Burning one gallon of diesel creates about 22 lbs of CO2 and if you calculate just 20 deliveries a day for 5 days a week over the course of a year their delivery procedure alone introduces about 115,000 lbs of CO2 into the atmosphere making the air quality in ATL even worse than it already is. Beware the “green” stamp because it’s not always what it seems.

Amazing service and direction by the front office staff. The ladies in the front are pleasant to work with and the warehouse staff is always working hard. I hope my dispatcher sends me here all the time

The worst customer service I've ever seen in my life... After couple of days emailing to each other, I have to wait 2 weeks for the quotes when sales person comes back from vocation... If I was a manager in that company that sales man, as well as the one, who sent me that email, would go for good for their vocations. Is this how business in the USA works? New buyer is ready to pay money for your rubber and he can't get even quotes? How you are still in business?
